If the potential decline continues, a break of the short-term uptrend line from 1.0650 and a further drop towards 1.0805 can be observed.

Eur is right around yesterday's fair value. The anti-USD centric numbers did nothing except return the price down to these levels from the manipulation that was executed in the London session to NY open.

There's a lot nuances that I'm leaving out that I wont divulge, but this is why the forex market is broken. This is a false efficiency of the market. The price only moves when and how the dominant liquidity providers want.

At the moment now is where they skim the accounts for commissions and fees as the market stagnates. All the while calculations are being made to take out enough liquidity build up to the desired side. Retail forex is one of which you are penalized and tested for being correct.

You people are trading against this machine not each other. Your brokers and their liquidity providers are your enemy.

Been a very quiet month for me so far, only taken 3 trades but today pushes me up to 2 wins and 1 loss.

Guys, this week was a complete stall... but I am still long..
All my indicators indicate that there is a strong buildUP but for some reason hasnt been released yet or there was a lot of counter push (down).

My model of 15 years show the UP in the next week(s)...

P.S. since Im a day trader atm, the trend is of lower importance now since prices do not move in straight line
but it is always better/helpful if our positions are aligned with the overall trend, right. Therefore, I will be doing longs exclusively for the next 3 weeks and then we shall see.

I am with you. I see it going up, but still has to restest some levels. The question is.. Will it retest? Ehhh I am more inclined on not if it does, because it is due for a deep drop when it comes down in my opinion. As I mentioned in another post I have 1.091 - 1.10 as a possibility. As always... I could be wrong.

Have you people ever found it peculiar that this particular eur/usd thread always has a whopping 400 "traders" viewing at all times of the day 365 days a year?

Take a close look at the more popular and replied EUR threads. They collectively have more daily replies/activity, but take an even closer look at the comment to viewer ratio at any given time of day....Notice anything peculiar in comparison to this one? The others consistently at the top of the Interactive trading list with more activity - yet the viewer count here always remains remarkably lopsided with only a handful of posts throughout the entire day. Additionally, look at the amount of actual members vs those who maybe aren't logged in or aren't members at all.

Early 2000's I was seeing a lot of firms deploying algos that would read social and non-social internet media outlets to extrapolate sentiment and other various data for added edge. During the height of the meme stock craze I was seeing legit prop firms (not the ftmo's of retail forex kind) looking for "social media traders"..whatever that was....

I personally wouldn't come here to garner the ideas posted to put into play as brutal as it sounds. But, if I were the right entity I would use the overall sentiment to bet against or even weaponize against the retail crowd.

Maybe just a bunch of hogwash and it's just people all over the world consistently interested in this particular eur/usd thread...24/7. Even if I was the moderator of this website - Twee I think his name is - I'd find it noticeably odd at the least.
