GM, for me both sides are possible, since I haven't seen a structural change yet, I prefer to wait after the release of the data and then check support and resistance zones again,

If your broker gives you great entry and exit prices without slippage them that will be good. From my experience, when you start straddling properly and making gains broker simply start slipping you for as much as 20 pips. So imagine where you set your entry price and they enter your trade 20 or more pips away from your entry, meaning they enter your trade close to the end of the spike and before you check price retraces against you.. But if you are sure that your entries and exits will be honored then that's okay.

So my typical slippage right now is around 5 pips when i use trailing stop.....when its a limit stop they say no slippage but its about 3 pips. But yea they cant have me winning to much lol

8:30 est time when unemployment numbers come out for USD should be interesting. Which way hurts people the most is the question. So for its been down then up so far. Will trend continue or will it be up then down...shorts still have the majority for amount of lots though the positions number favors long.
I feel like the initial direction for EUR and GBP were correct and they just going opposite for now. Bull traps maybe?

yes, you will have no trend during the day. its a swinging mode rhythm, like in the music.

so important is to be in the market one step ahead of the swing, because you don't want to step on your dance partner's toes;-)

Is this MACD divergence? 4H chart seems to me the MACD is heading down while price stays the same?

EURUSD

This could very well be a bullish three drives, which aligns with all targets sitting at 1.0792.

For the moment, I will only open a short scalp (50% at 1.0854 - 50% at 1.0859). SL 1.0871. Dynamic TP.

If EUR or GDP rockets great I will average up on my short positions. If they plummet great I should make some money. I don't see a down side to whatever happens. Making my peace with the price action to come ahead of time.

Bull trap is here, under normal circumstances this should go to 1.0792 between today and tomorrow. Current H1 close will define it.
