I have had a little more time then normal
in the last week or so - if it is helpful maybe I will keep doing it

.If you find time to do what you have recently been doing, believe me, I will not mind it. Actually today I was thinking how long you are going to give your trades...
. I thought..."well this guy will not do it forever, it's time to become more independent, but without his aid it seems tough..." - really, thats what was going through my head today.Regards

It is great that I stumbled upon this thread since recently discovering the beauty of MTF and channels on larger time frames. It looks like we all see the value of this, which is why we are all here.
The thing is that I don't have a very clear way of viewing things and that's why, TEB, we appreciate what you're doing. I have a suggestion / request to throw at you that would benefit all of us...
(IF IT ISN'T TOO IMPOSING ON YOU, TEB... )
Would you consider getting on skype (conference call) while we use this FF forum to post charts to discuss? I'm sure members following this thread will work around your schedule and availability. That is, while you have "extra time". After we've had time to pick your brain efficiently (using skype and this forum), we'll all have a better grasp of things and might better add to the dialogue on this thread.
How does this sound to you TEB? And the rest of those following this thread?

I have been day trading again the last 2 weeks.
& its good...but I have been moving away from it-
I want to do more 4 hour (day & week)
It has been fun for the last little wail
but I want more time to do other things
So most of the time I trade 5, 9,1,5,9 1 (1 am & 9pm not so much)
Not sure how that would work out

the reason I put a tight TP was because of the NFP today
I didn't want to much in the pot so to speak.
I see that the tools all say we are going up
but I thought NFP would take the pairs down
I wanted to make some money & be able to get back in if I wanted

the 4h has turned up, but 30 min and 4h don't look so promissing. I entered cable 2.0080 and would like to wait, what do you think?

why you buying CABLE when ..based upon patterns, channels there is little downtrend ?
is not better wait till price move up. (based on stoch overbought) and also price upper channel and then SELL ?

With NFP throw out the stochs & even the 4 hour channel out the window.
This is where the big boys steal everyones money
in the USA people have beer parties in hotels & "bet" on this.
it is wild.
But in the end of the day it changes nothing
90% everything is back to the same Monday or before.
I think the cable & the Euro will keep moving up to 1.37 & even 1.4
& this is just a buying chance.
The reason I took 2.0125 is it was the bottom of the 4 hour channel
I think it will brake it... but at the very least it will test it
But I could be wronge!!
