30-y Bond Auction news in an hour. dollar bulls did enough to make it confusing where the dollar is going. need another 4h candle to sort it out.

gold and especially silver look poised to move higher.

Profesore Pedro? What was the reason for 2336 and for reaching this target today? You had a feeling regarding the unemployment claims data?

I also expected that this ranging zone will be ended. I had the targets for both directions and I was also declined to the upside. When I see your post I increased my long positions. First I closed my longs at 2327 with 20 pips profit, because last week money makers drastically changed the direction many time. And …. this happened again. I reentered longs at 2319..

But I am in continue very curious regarding how you get this idea for targeting 2336?

I entered too but there was no clear/ safe setup that I could post.

Thank you Pedro, wonderful trader! Why you considered this move for today?

Do you expect reversal now?
I think for EUR/USD there is a room for upside and very probable EUR will not go alone in this direction. Now I can’t imagine that Gold will not follow.

However a short position on Gold around 2336 with stop lose at 2340-42 sounds very good.

It was certain aspects of price action similar to what happened EU and GU. Today was the day I expected this move as it has been very quiet. So, the energy and timing were present.
You have to be very careful because I am not sure this move up is finished, in the case of Gold, you can probably hear the news, Israel is about to take on Rafah...
Eu is different story.

The dollar yen is already on an uptrend on the daily and 4-hour scales, but the dollar has been selling since last night in London. The focus is on whether M30 will renew its top price in a bearish state, but it may have to wait until H&S.

For pound yen long, the limit price set below did not hit and rose. Once the price reaches a new high, I will leave it as is in the hope that a large bear will enter. If the dollar yen becomes bullish, the pound yen may also move up a gear.

ah i understand you. i think less in trend cathegories or try not to have a bias.

i pay more attention to where the vulnerable points are. i often think like a market maker and ask myself ‘where can i shake which tree so that most retailers fall down’

and TL breaks are one of them. but this seems to work for the retailers;-)
