You only need 1 or 2 trades a day max. over trading just gives profits back

One thing still kind of confuses me is do I stay with the time frame that I trade in. If I am doing 1hr or 15mins trading should I not look at other time frames? I constantly keep switching time frame and I think that's a negative

take your trades on the smaller time frame then switch to the bigger tf once its going in the right direction
