Maybe eurusd upside is over for now but it is suspicious it returned up here as it is that it dropped instead of going up at the news earlier, maybe the market is repositioning for a reason but it needs to be carefull with nearing the end of the year!

Seems to me that the bottom line is: Do not trade or trade extra carefully between the 20th of Dec. to 5th Jan - as the market is subjectively moving at the whims of a few and without the full force of real market makers involved, and this erratic behavior could end your positive year's bank account into negative very quickly - LOL, just my two cents...

Great point! After the last meetings of fed and ecb every December the volume is going down and near 20 dec it is significant less from other times in the year so as you said it right erratic behavior can whip of your account! I suggest to lower your lot to very small if you dont have the experience it needs to feel safe and think better in times of low liquidity and fast movement.

One more day left then, we'll be trading at the new year again! 2024 should be good for eurusd unless a deeper recession comes. Also geopolitical tensions and political developments in the eurozone and the us will also be important factors to watch, as these can have significant impacts. Overall, be prepared for potential volatility!
