Per my first EW post we are on Weekly Wave B , we should bear in mind we may have an Irregular corrective Wave B Where W-B extreme is greater than Wave 5 Extreme. Unless a Shift in 4hr market structure may be an indication of reversal.
Tone of FED officials is more hawkish that market anticipated.
BEst to wait PA to dictate the decision to be taken

Thanks for the heads up! Possible but it needs confrmation first like a bearish close below a support level and also supported by indicators like rsi and macd.

Next... EU is about to reach 123.6% FIBO (at 1.1150) which may/may NOT happen. It looks like, bulls got their cake and bears are starting to see theirs... We'll see who's got better vision and who is hungrier.

the US dollar is weakening alot as well might go under 99 on the index before new year that takes precedent over where retailers place bets alot of faith has been lost in the dollar

Amongst other things, note that there is normally 3 "pushes to a high" and/ or 3 "pushes to a low"

If the 3rd "push " exceeds the trendline it is called an "exhaustion move". A clear sign of a possible turn- around.

The "greater fools" normally jumps in on the exhaustion move thinking the market is on a runaway and hoping to cash in on it.
Therefore...

Sell into strength and buy into weakness.

My 2 cents... If we close bellow red line 1 and/or red line 2, that constitutes "Lower Lows". If we DO NOT CLOSE above blue line, that constitutes "Lower Highs"... Then, you make your own decision.

1.1111 is now being tested... While above don't hold your breath dear bears! Only after H4 candles close below it we can consider selling with extra support from MACD divergence.
