APB/HA candles does not filter market noise.

HeikenAshi candles were created by the Japanese for very specific purpose.

In the original 5-Method, Big E added the HA candles and the 5EMA, Typical Price, Shift+2 (or +3) also for specific reasons.

To learn from him, you need to follow his posts in Forex Factory when he was trading other systems/methods.

This is the right attitude and commitment and will help you make progress in becoming a better trader. It will take time and time id needed for Deep Practice 2 to 3 years, then the next phase is Deliberate Practice ... to become a Super Trader.

- I turned off both the APB/HA and the HeikenAshi candles onmy chart and look at the price OHLC bar/candle

- I see 2023 low

- can be the target for this month-end

- but with the year-end holidays and low liquidity to consider

- and there is the Power of 10EMA and the 50EMA

I think price actin is the king but you must have a really good understanding of it otherwise chances of failure are much bigger. However if simple support resistance double top and bottom kinda things are combined with indicators like pivot points and Tdi, we can achieve quite satisfactory result

USDCHF Dec19 new 4Hr trade window London 06:00AM

- if you missed the last 4Hr trade window and the Arjun candle setup ... you are already 3 hours late for this BEOB setup

- in narrow range conditions you will not find those 12-2 and 4-6 TDI angle crap

- Price Action is king and that is why it is no.1 important not the lagging TDI.

removing the Stoc(8,3,3) is a mistake most traders here made.

The Stochastic (8,3,3) is the only indicator in Craig Harris Natural Flow Forex system and the Stochastisc Slope indicator is the key signal to spot the True REVERSAL setup with PA+SR.

Big E added the TDI as helping indicator < #202 >for confirmation of the swing highs/swing lows and True REVERSAL.
The TDI signal is one candle late.

The 12-2 and 4-6 was originally used on the Stoch and Big E used this on the TDI as 'confluence of two osciallator signals' ... that the COWABUNGA concept from 1980s.

If you read the old thread, you will find pdfs on the 12-2 and 4-6 applied to the Stochastic Slope.

You did not watch all the tutorial videos in the old thread post #4 to post #21. Those videos are important before you even think of the TDI.
