Previous interventions in Oct 2022 bearish effect lasted over 2 months and accounted 2500 pips or 16.5%. Just saying...

That long wick lends to the possibility it was a speculator move. People watched the 150 level any big order there would trigger a sell off.

Finance Minister Shunichi Suzuki has recently said authorities "won't rule out any options" to deal with excessive currency volatility, and that they were watching currency moves with a "strong sense of urgency."

I think the important lines are highlighted. The dog got beat at the gate, so when it sniffed the gate this time it ran from it. Just an opinion.

Here is the Trade Upgrade All the Longs are Closed I am in with Short with Solid Target and Solid Solid Gain

Longs were given a chance but I dont think with this hefty intervention its going to rise above 150 but Calc tells me that it may fall till the end of spike

I am looking for a Solid Gain Here. Here is The Trade Screenshot

Exploring longs here. Possible tap double tap here. If we clear 149.2 before Friday morning Est, we could see further move to the south off of 149.5 by way of the Non Farm report.

If you are scared, try small lot sizes until you have more confidence. UJ is a bit volatile which is why the forum is so quiet, but once you get the rhythm she treats you nicely.

Eh... this sounds a little gambley! Perhaps if we add look at the higher time frames first to identify the trend. Then look for an entry that coincides with it
