Bears target 1.05781 after DOVISH ECB speak

all dramatically from last 3 weeks all over

Weekly confirmation at 1.0634 done, so next bear target 1.0516, may try short term reverse inbetween say 05875.take care

Tables Turned massively here. I had expected this. My calculated indicator was giving me the Signal of Sell and I had timely placed sl with Short Pending Sell Stops

Unlike the Eurjpy trade where I was late little bit I had placed this in time and It got executed nicely with TP already taken from Short Setup

I have currently none on Eurusd

My current view. Arrows are marking the current and prior largest bar around the time of quarterly futures and options rollover. Whatever side we trade to there is usually 200-261% move made of the large candle daily range. I think it is still up but I'm willing to change my veiw especially if we get a weekly close outside today's range.

AFTER continuation down trend valid in pair eurusd ..... then market will think about target .....


target depend on volatility market (make by big trader) and how strong fundamental* .........

yesterday , interest rate hike 25 bps ..... ECB speak = dovish ......... and USD .... strong after CPI, PPI , unemployement = all strong

ECB spread dovish, energy crisis = not yet resolved, stagnant / resilient economic growth, banking problems are temporarily resilient because the main priority is normalizing the increase in the inflation rate in the long term, consumer levels are still good but food is a problem = expensive food

The EURUSD pair belongs to the ECB and FED, both of them have agreed on a downtrend, that's why yesterday the price was lowered to validate the trend they created together.

time for BEARS after correction has complete

Last 30 minutes of trade before the London close marked. We have retaced. I noticed that the day low was 33 pips below the London close. Nothing broken here at this time. IMO

Slow boring day so far but it is Friday i suppose. maybe see some action in NY hrs

Chart of EURUSD and High Yeild Bonds (HYG) below. It appears to me that nothing is broken at this time. It's not a perfect indicator but it's something I will look at before risking any money. Currently Long.Good Luck!

They're attempting to spike it up past today's high

Just a quick thought.

I saw that the ECB decided to "Spoof" the market by setting their rate decision day on the day of Euro FX futures quarterly rollover. Nice. On top of that they pull a "surprise" rate increase and the market pulls a "surprise" selloff.

It reminds me how Jerome Powell waited until March 2022 to start raising interest rates. Yes, 2 years from the March 2020 lows for the Bush tax club people. Nice.

It reminds me how OPEC+ schedules their meeting on Sept 12th. The peak day of the Hurricane season. Nice.
