NVM i spoke to them on chat and despite all their media saying it will be on 3rd july, they asked me to wait till friday. Took them 5 hours to reply to my support message on chat. Literally went to swim and came back and message is there.

The kind of question you asked was embarrassing to them ? Makes no sense to ban someone just for asking anything.

Its a hefty price of no support.
Was doing the 5ers bootcamp. Had some other things going on so did not trade for a couple of weeks. Inactivity for 21 days was supposed to be the expiration. They just sent an expiration notice after 14 days. My reply was not nice.

30 SECONDS RULE
Trades with a duration of less than 30 seconds cannot exceed 5% of the total trades in the account, this is a margin of error for possible accidents such as misclick. Profits obtained in less than this duration will be subtracted. This percentage can be fixed before completing the phase, microlots are not included.
Micro-lots: TOTAL VOLUME/TOTAL TRADES x 0.1
Trades with a volume less than the result of this formula will not count towards the 30-second rule.
Stop loss hits of less than 30 seconds also count.
GAMBLING/ALL MONEY IN ONE TRADE RULE
The daily and/or per trade profit limit is $10,000.

Any profit with an amount greater than $10,000 per trade and/or per day will be subtracted.

Other than that all I can do is report it to some government agency. They are out of Israel with an office in the UK, but me in the US, I have little recourse. $95 down the tubes.

The5ers used to have a really great reputation, but in the last year or so they've been changing their programs and rules almost every month it seems. Every time I look at their website or recommend it to someone it's changed again. Currently, all of their programs (Bootcamp, Hyper Growth, and High Stakes) ALL say 14 days and not 21 anymore, and on at least one it says the counter starts from registration day, not the first trade, so if you don't get the account details in less than 24hrs then you lose a day. The Terms & Conditions page has not been updated yet and still says 21 days. I think it's important to capture screenshots of all rules at the time of signup with any of these prop firms now, but if they change the rules mid-challenge, then they change the rules, and there's nothing you can do about it. There's no signed contract usually until after passing a challenge. And even then I'm sure lawyers have made enough loopholes for them to change a contract without notice too. At least every cell phone or internet or cable plan has always found a way to do it, LOL!

-If they refuse to honor the original terms that you agreed to upon purchase/signup, then issue a charge-back and report them here and in other groups (blacklist them).

Any prop that deliberately chooses to hurt its traders does not deserve our business. Without us, they have no business.

The news events with 3 bulls are the ones that they monitor. The gist of the message they gave me was if you trade like a reckless moron they will fire you, news or not (as they should). Trade like a sensible professional and you have nothing to worry about. We should view these funded situations as partnerships. They goal should not be to abuse the opportunity

It's like laying on a conveyor belt head first that is clicking it's way towards the end and at the end is a guillotine that will chop your head off. Each click is a day and you are always 14 clicks form death. Your only chance of survival is to pull a trade and then the click counter of the belt resets to zero, but again only 14 clicks from certain death.

Nice trading conditions. Would make a great special for Halloween or something like that...
