if u dont have much time to trade i suggest u enter when daily provides buy signals and ride it up. im thinkin at least 700-1000 pips up in the next 2 months if it works out.

very sorry once again. not my nature whatsoever just been stressed out with exams and such and im a very self controlling person(that might be a good way to describe things) i can usually keep myself from blowing up in general and on anyone in specific but lost control for a second there.

is it reversing and heading back up? its gonna resume the uptrend eventually but it might go down some more before it starts going back up again. who knows. i think its about ready to turn especially since the 5 and 9 oversold on the daily

also on the 30 min we got a good buy signal. and price broke above the 50 ma and found support. and we got hidden divergence.
i think itl be heading further up tonight and tomorrow

I dont know, the daily seems still in a strong downtrend but the 20 shows that there is less and less seller.

The number of stoch lines and later indicators turned me off. It was hard on the eyes at first when I didn't know how to read the chart. The other two competing stoch method looked simpler. The ideas behind all 3 strategies are the same ... but the first page and timing of the thread has to do a lot with being a hit with the public.

You guys have a good thread going ... keep it up!

Boxingislife, Am I reading this right? You have 4 buy orders on the same pair? I ask becuase I had in mind for the EA to only have 1 open position per pair, irregardless of timeframe. Am I wrong in thinking this way?

nope 1 position at a time is best. but when u trade this system manually and u gain more and more experience, u start to scale in so when u get a signal and u enter well price might go against u a few more pips. so why not enter another position and profit on both? only when a very good signal is there.

here im doin the same. gbpusd trend is up big time. weekly ready to turn back up so here im not really waiting for signals just adding whenever i feel like it really but the main part is following the trend. it would be smarter to enter when i get signals but with my time limited in front of the computer i cant. ill prob keep entering trades as price continues to drop or ill add to my positions if it starts to head back up.

also my positions are very small in size compared to the usual. i use small positions when i scale in which is most of the time and on most of my trades.

scaling in is great as long as u know when to cut ur losses. thats why only when we have a really really good signal.

Ah, I see. Then it sounds like 1 trade at a time per pair would be just fine for an EA that's going to run almost all the time; I assume most would if comes out working.

Here is the last result of the EA made by Aghast with closed trade and ..... open trade...

There is no SL so dont be too surprised by the results which are so so...

Good signal this morning on USDCAD, it's a bigtrend so i think i will stick with this one for a long time

I doubt of it's potential but with the yen we never know ^^

not paying ATM i missed the exit... I stick with and will close if necessary (clear reversal)

Edit : it's just ranging around my entry going to -10 +10 -10 +10 :-/ i'm reluctant to let it go with just +10 but i think on the next +10 i will take it...

Took this one this morning also just closed it at +23 as the stoch are crossing in oversold on M30 and H1...

Might still go under but i prefer to take what i've got

yes, we are two ATM, very crowdy ^^

About to close my last trade... Day was so so with 35pips gain, that's 4 consecutive days of trading without loss

Too bad i missed this trade :-/ , there was 40 easy pips

Another quick 5 pips trade (could have been better but the time of the day got me exited when profit was in) I entered a bit late resulting also in fewer pip. quick entry should have resulted in 10 pips.

I have been working on a version of this system for EUR/CHF 15 minute chart. Please find attached my template which is fairly basic, the stoch 5,3,3 and Stoch 20, 10, 20, along with a bollinger 2, 20 period and a bollinger 3, 20 period.

Basically use the stochs as confirmation with the bollinger band level 2 when EURCHF is trading nicely in a band. Look for small profits around 9 pips per trade with relatively wide stops, around 17 or so....scalping heaven. Other versions of this system that I have been trialling have had 86% win rates in backtesting with 9 pip tp and 17 pip stop.

I would only trade this when the Bollinger band level 2 high band and low band are around 18 pips apart, and avoid trading close to news time for either EUR or CHF, as well as major news in USD. If there is a slight trend, only trade in the direction of the trend.
