What a fucking shite this whole week has been despite economic news. EU is doing this at least once every couple months, the whole week dogshit tight range with HH and LL meaning shit. Almost like algos went to vacation and what remained is pure randomness.

EURUSD price action on the H4 time frame is bouncing off the lower trendline of an ascending channel (magenta) as it tackles the relatively strong 1.08500/1.09690 horizontal resistance zone (purple) seen on the weekly time frame. We may see a northward push for liquidity grab in the early part of the week. But the dominant technical structure is bearish.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

I also think that we can see a bigger drop in EUR/USD. How long do I look for bearish setups? Until the end of Q2 2023. And right now we are at an important high volume sell zone.

Here's a technical perspective on EURUSD from a medium-term swing trader. EURUSD price action on the daily time frame is sideways as it tackles the 1.09300/1.10500 horizontal resistance zone (purple) seen on the monthly time frame. The area aligns with the 50 Fib retracement area of the 1.22535/0.95350 bearish swing that began in June 2021. Personally, I will await significant momentum break on a daily closing basis, followed by a liquidity sweep on a lower time frame, before looking for a swing trading opportunity.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

There is almost no chance that EU is going lower medium term.

EU might head down into the FVG shown on the H4 chart below before going higher but if you look on the daily chart you can see that the price range is balanced and on the weekly there is a huge volume imbalance overhead.

I'm bullish.
