you just divide by 8 the amplitude of your chart - roughly the range between the high and the low you see on your chart (eventually rounded) .
It gives you the "Octave" (frequency, vibration to which your chart Price Action is most sensitive).
As your Envelope is based on the Centered Average 256 you add plus and minus the Octave to build the upper and Lower boundaries of the Envelope.
