we Had 3 buy setups in gold.
All of them work very well.

The day trade setup is a very powerful system you are getting here in FF for free.
I don't know how many of you actually using it in your real account.

The entry was possibly a little aggressive here but I really thought there was momentum building for a push to the upside. I was only going for 15 pips and would have moved it to breakeven fast but there was no opportunity in this case. I was expecting a big candle up the next candle but it came down. This is trading, first loss of the week. It looks like I got the direction wrong in this case but it looked clear to me at the time.

SL hit.

Re-Entry.

Trade was not invalidated so re-entered. Once price made a new HH, I move the SL to 3 pips. Very little risk left on the trade. Price can still spike to my entry so any spike to my entry and I will move to B/E.

2 pips SL was hit and I'm out. No more attempts here. I look for momentum and this is clearly not a valid move for me. The re-entry looked good but didn't translate into the move I was looking for. Onto the next....

The market seems to be a bit crazy today. Can't see any clear trends so maybe better to wait

Thanks, yes I would agree.

This one looked good to me but just didn't work out. Although I just look at the direction of the latest HTF candles in isolation for this strategy.

It looks London is set to be messy. Let's hope for some setups during NY.

For me, personally, GU wasn't the best because of the daily. Highly bullish and today's move is the first change in structure on lower timeframes so always a little risky IMO.

Haven't seen anything worth taking today after EA. Days like this sometimes there are some very clean moves around market close but I doubt I'll be around that long today.

this kind of change of structure can trade with my Daily open line concept. when we see the price close below the daily open line and the price could not get over it we could easily take some positions for downside continuations this is the Day trade setups strategy concept.
if you look at this chart you will be clear.
The question is where will I enter? In the H1 chart, I will enter at 2 white candles close and I will place a stop above the daily open line
when setup is in your mind everything will be very clear
