We can recall you have more than three account and three or four accounts which you showed us they all went south .....

your XM account 2017 was the very first one and suffered Margin Call in less than 3 months.
You can open a new account or top-up that same old account and request your broker to activate that old account.
I know that ZAR account.

The trade history are still there.

My CI500 trades since 2017 till today are all intact.... all 7 years trade history.

Reason No.1

- Trader does not know his trading platform. You do not need to change chart timeframes to refresh your charts.

Reason No.2
