Nice, I would have entered a little later. That next engulf after the one you entered on would have been perfect. Just because it's a better confirm of change in structure. Entering on the engulf might have not given you a good R:R so waiting for a pullback would have worked well in this case! But still nice one. It was a good pick for M5 after that H1 close.

the reason was just the blue rectangle, a supportzone. i dont exit with RR, in fact i exit just when i have enough profit and the price seems to hit resistance or support from the chart.

Was looking at that exact zone of entry. Same SL as well. But went for gold instead and it ended at breakeven. Been a slow day today.

Me and you have VERY similar styles of trading. Thanks a lot for posting charts. I really like seeing trades of traders who see things so similar to me.

i use m5, m15 and h1. m5 i use for finetuning and better stop distance. h1 i see better the big picture.

I don't trade without stop loss.

I recommend using a stop loss. you may use a large stop loss like 260 pips or more but do not trade without stop loss.

setting stop loss requires skills and market understanding.
There are many ways to set stop loss.
I din't discuss setting stop-loss here before.
we can set stop loss below or above the EMA zone.
we can set stop loss below swing low or high.
we could set stop loss below or above the candle.


Hope it will improve your trading.
we have a trading strategy and we know our strategy is designed for taking advantage of market moves.
sometimes we fake loss after loss because market conditions are slow. what we have to do is stop trading for the day. The patient is the key.
we all know it. It is not what we make it is about how can we protect our capital.

I like to enter high momentum moves so with scalping normally move stops to B/E quick.

Both ended in breakeven. Very messy markets this morning for the pairs I follow on M5 so happy with breakeven.
