the big mistake of 5ers instant progam they left even in the new program that you have to reach 10% to get paid?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

if this correct, with a 3% only "pause" is even worse. In the new program they should have removed it or at least lowered to a 5%

their instant program however is still ranked in the last position in the top 5-6 prop

So in few words they are like an hybrid "instant fund with evaluation"

Unique good think is that 3% daily pause that could put you more calm and if you lose 3.01% they want terminate account, will be just a pause. I guess. Not clear even that rule what happen if for slippage you close at -3.01%

However at least they raised leverage and their High Stake look much better than before.

I'm expert about crypto. However, today very bad they are keeping 50$ of spread bid-ask most of the time, with market almost not moving. I didn't remember this weeks ago, but may be the trial demo is not so good like the funded one.

-As you probably know already, most brokers are using Bitfinex exchange for their cryptocurrency trading. If you monitor the actual exchange, you will see that there is rarely any sort of actual spread on major pairs. The spread that you see when trading via broker/firm is artificially-applied and is usually fixed to a minimum spread.

You may see different pricing, depending on which exchange is being used. You may also see questionable spreads because they are being pulled out of someone's butt-hole. Sure, maybe they can claim that part of the commission/spread structure is in place to cover exchange fees, but the conditions are just not favorable to traders in most cases, nor will they ever be comparable to trading directly on an exchange. If you are a swing trader, then maybe it is mostly negligible.

why they use bitfinex? they are connected with tether and low volumes on bitfinex

why they are not routing at least on coinbase-binance?

-Unless things have changed over the last few years, this is the case. As to why, you would need to ask them. Could be regulation, costs, API integration, who knows...

Bitfinex has an API to plug into the exchange, which would likely provide the data feed and such, but whether or not any broker/firm-based trades are actually taking place on the exchange is another matter. For all we know, the crypto trading that takes place via all brokers/firms could be artificial. Maybe I might get some flack for saying that, but I just do not see that the volume is there to support it.

Thanks to Nihi for sharing an experience.

As for the clown with the 'EA' for sale, let's just say the sidelines have received another long term guest.

Folks, anyone here has a real experience with OFP Funding ? I don't understand from where do they get enough money to cover when they state that more than 30% of their traders getting payout ! I am thinking of joining them but that fact confusing me. we all know that prop firm can't resist with such a percentage specially if its instant funding model. If anyone here got payout or know how this prop firm cover their expenses please share your experience .

{quote} I am not worried about swaps I can work around that but I am specifically looking to trade spot Fx and not CFD. As I explained earlier it is a matter of having an actual exchange of currency which is what I am looking for which does not occur with CFDs.

Anybody know of a prop firm that doesn't use CFds but uses spot forex instruments instead?

OFP balance based drawdown during session, tried them once, thought balance resets with session ends but realized it updates with every trade. Support didn't respond, for me pure scam. Also all reviews good ones are from traders who get points for trust pilot review and discounts, you can read it on their website. Awful dashboard. Do not waste your time.

Forgot about important thing. They ooennfor you ic markets demo account, after dealing with them I bet ic markets do not know nothing about it

I would like to ask here if anyone is having problems with BigPip Funding?
They offer Challenges with unlimited time to complete but they work with Eighcap and after 30 days the demo expires and existing accounts vanish. Does anyone has a similar experience and how did BigPip support helped?!

Be careful with them. There is something wrong, regarding the fact one of their model is loss making, for them, in the long term (mathematically) It is attractive for the trader but maybe less when it comes to getting paid.
