and do you apply them to the Open, Close, High, Low, or some of the others listed in MT4
I think it is fair to say everyone uses close on all MA & tools
or they will state it is something else Close is standard

Is this while looking at the 5m or H1?
but if it did cross on the hour I would really get out fast

tebs do you still using the 1D,4h,30m stoch ? or you have another system, what happen to your old system?
That is TEB 1 - sure I still use it
TEB 2 is a diff system
& it is just 2 charts
a - 5 min chart & an 1 hour chart
but the 14.3.3 stoch on each chart gives readings
like you were also on the 15 min chart & the 3 hour chart
so the 1 hour chart is the set up chart
(cover & trend stochs on this one)
& the 5 min chart is the trigger stoch & fine tuning stoch

I came across it last thrusday & have read it 3 times (well Jacko's parts)

Find it & read it
I have used the 50% fib only (0% & 100% I gues too but not all the others)
& "0s" numbers on the charts (not the fibs)
in fact I use "100 & the 50"
ie 1.1350 or 1.1400 also as I have stated on my threads.
(- the spred right)
But normal as targets not enters!!
(I have used 50% fibs sometimes for enteries)
But I think he is right about Trend Lines (TL) are best for both in & out
And I have in the last few weeks been trying to stay in trades longer
I think I will stay with TEB 2 for enteries
but develope a TL Exit

still really like your teb 1 system, and will probably stay with that for now. you know "find a system you like and stick with it" kinda guy.
would you still say that the opening title is still true of this system ? and also - what are the downsides that you experienced with it ,is it the drawdowns or any other info you can relate that will make me wiser/more understanding of its little intricasies( what kind of drawdowns can i expect too see ?)
i,m starting with a fairly small account but will be cautious with my MM.
ANY HINTS TIPS would be welcome

Just do it - trade with real money
go to oanda where you can trade one cent at a time
it is diff trading real money
learn to put trades on & walk away
believe in the system you are using
TEB1 is a great system I am still using it too.

Yesterday I was all the day reading the entire thread... yep.. the 81 pages.... it was very interesting.
I'm new in forex... I've been in demo for a month... learning... and now having read this thread I feel confident to start trading with real money... IYou are right maybe is a good option to start with oanda... but why oanda doesn't have 4H charts? so... maybe I'll start directly with the TEB2 system in oanda.
Wish me luck ! After having read more than 1200 posts here... I feel a bit like from this family... heh.

Am I right in the TEB2 understanding? :
14,3,3&5,3,3@H1 - crosses in one direction
14,3,3&5,3,3@M5 - move over/under 50% in one direction
Exit - crosses of BOTH stochs@M5?
Right charts?
1 more question: what are the full rules of using MAs here?

Not bad
the best Exit is when the 1 hour 5.3.3 crosses
safest is when the 14.3.3 on the 5 min crosses
but watch your 20SMA & candles as well
esp. big tails
