You are not asking for much.
You can do both with one good EA.
To do that you will need to learn how to code in MT4. That way you can write your own EA to trade your way.
- Search (Google) for EA's that use the same indicators you use and build those functions as void subroutines.
- Price Action coding is difficult to code and will take you a long time to do.

what daily nonsense we read here posted by @Tekkies a hobby trader and coder who still have not learn nor mastered trading and trading Big E' 5-Method.

Fact: we do not need to know how to code in MT4 to trade the markets and to trade Big E' TMS 5-Method.

Learning to code takes time and for many it is not something you want to spend time on, you better spend the time learning to trade and trade manually in real-time live market and gain the experience, after some years with the experience and confidence you can decide on what part of your winning trading systems can be coded to handle some of your trading tasks for you. When you can trade and make money you can engage professional coders to the work for you.

Basic price action as in Post#647 can be easily coded by experienced traders who are also professional coders. There are a few good one here in Forex Factory.

Using Google search for EAs is another big joke he has been telling people here. Did he learn that from Big E' posts . He simply lied again.

@koroshi1350

Top most important and urgent is to learn to trade and to learn Big E' 5-Method. Once you have learned and mastered trading in real-time live markets conditions you will gain more experience and also the confidence which is the an important part to a successful trader. Confidence is one of the key.

Big E' 5-Method is price action and support/resistance trading which he traded the US stock market for 10 years. He only added indicators after he attended forex seminars when he moved on to trade forex in 2005. Big E said you can trade his 5-Method without any indicators in his old thread.

You can manually back-test any trading method/strategy using any strategy tester software available in the market. There are free ones posted by other members in this thread. Just do a quick search in the thread attachments. Or you can download the one from FXBlue which is free.
https://www.fxblue.com/appstore/c2/trader-apps

When you have made enough money and want to diversify some funds to trade automatically, there are many algo trading EAs available. You need to find one which fits your trading style.
However, if you want to practice on Demo accounts and gain the experience running and managing EA trading, there are free ones in FF.

But, here again you need lots of experience both in trading the markets and in the running of EA trading to make money consistently over a longer period . Do not expect to make money when you have less than 5 years trading the markets and use of EA trading.

An EA like TMS_V19 can help you start with your learning and you do not need to know how to code in mql4 language.

Important Note: it is rules-based discretionary manual trading than makes the most money. EA trading is just a small supplement and has some other benefits which is beyond the scope of discussion in this thread.

After 7 years and still losing money blowing account after account, now you can start all over again in 2023.

We shall all see how far you will go in 2023 with your poor reading skills and learning disability.

Introduction to Trading Made Simple

To learn what Trading Made Simple is, you have to follow the trading journey of the OP eelfranz aka Big E. He started as a newbie in 2008. Know the history and you will learn a lot from the OP and when you have mastered the 5-Method, you can then move on and develop your own trading system following how he did his. Many traders have moved on to trade their own systems.

Trading Made Simple for beginners : Post#52,707

A short history by pioneer member snarlyjack Post#110

Our late OP eelfranz aka Big E spent 6,000 hours: Post#6 and he evolved as a trader and went on and developed two trading methods.
5-Method and 21/233 Method Post#3018, Post#4104,

After months of postings and answering many frequently asked questions FAQs,
eelfranz made the jump to this new Trading Made Simple thread on 26 April 2011... Post#4432

In Post#1, he explained how he traded the H4 chart timeframe and he also traded the H1 chart during the NY session. This suited his lifestyle being retired and the time zone he lived. Sadly he passed away in Oct 2012.

Two very important posts: Post#261 and Post#647, give a simple summary of what this 5-Method is and the basic forex stuff we check before we look for the TDI setups to trade.

TMS 5-Method Basic Rules: Post#53,841
Always check the #1- Price Action first, then #2- TDI Post#3142
Big E wanted us to build this TMS thread together... Post#4,432

The original indicators and template Post#25
When you are overwhelmed (information overload) by the number of posts and the loads of information and variations shared by other traders here, the best thing to do is to stop reading and go back to the basics what Big E mentioned in his 463 posts in this thread and 861 posts in the CHS thread. First you learn and master the 5-Method first before you start add your own tweaks and make a new system.

Recommendations:
Read all of Big E posts... 861posts in the Craig Harris Stochastics thread and 463 posts in this TMS thread....and make notes on those training charts he posted. Pay attention whenever he mentioned PA and what you see on his training charts.

Learn the basic stuff about forex trading first. A good place to start is www.babypips.com/school

If you want to trade the way Big E described in Post#1, make sure you use his template , the Synergy APB / HA candles and use that TDI Red Green version. These are in Post#25.

Important to Note that the TDI Red Green version repaints all the bars in history so you cannot use this when you do back-testing by scrolling back your charts. The better way is to run this in live market and trade the TMS setups based on what you see without refreshing your charts. When you want to trade with entries on the APB#1 and APB#2 candles, always wait for the price bar/candle to close and use the TDI to confirm the setup.

Big E was a rule-based discretionary trader. According to studies by Dr Van K Tharp this rule-based discretionary are the best traders,

Enjoy and Have fun during your learning journey...

{quote} Read what BigE has posted, read what Vincent is posting. What do they have in common? There is nothing left over of what BigE has posted. Where is the heart of this method in Vincent's post. TDI confirm Stoch direction where it must be Stoch confirm TDI green direction. TDI is not allowed to be use, in fact it now called RSI(13) green line. This is a simple method. Few rules, (post#6) a Little bit of basic price action (post#647) and you will do good by yourself. Am not good trade to afford a ego

The amount of misinformation and disinformation by your distortion of facts you post here is sign of your mental meltdown caused by your own trading failures , your jealousy of others' achievements, your anger when you can cope with your own failures seeing others' achievements, and the overwhelming hatred in your heart ... is your own DOWNFALL.

Okay @Tekkies

Tell us how much money was that 2022 HFM account you suffered 1176 trades losses.

I will use some of 2023 profits and post a live trade Explorer to match that amount of money you lost.

when you have mastered trading the markets and have learned his 5-Method you can trade all pairs.

some traders prefer trade only the majors.

more experienced traders trade the euro and gbp crosses.

others would trade the market indices during their respective sessions.

some traders follow Post#1572

I do the same and I no longer need to check the lagging TDI. I look at PA and trade only the swing highs and swing lows with True Reversal candle setups as high probability setups. I build my confidence based on more than 5,000 trades over the a 5 years period.

Come to think about it. The way your post read a person would think it is a scandal to trade with indicators.

If that is the case I will gladly stay a beginner with TDI and the little bit basic Forex stuff BigE has posted.

{quote} Ok I see. document your trading process - e.g. what you need to see on the charts, what level you enter, what is your risk, what is trade management approach, where is your take profit etc... be as precise as you can. document it and print it our, have it as your trade checklist next to the computer screen and always make sure you follow it. journal alll trades and every week review what happened, what worked and what didnt. start with a small account and keep your risk management right until you get confident in executing and you have 100...

I have been journaling but in terms of trade execution overall I am nowhere near were I need to be. I totally agree this isn't a hobby, not even a job, it's a lifestyle and requires you to be on your game 24/7 if you want to succeed. Your advise is much appreciated, thank you.
