Disliked{quote} right now, i think i've been in the spa long enough, my skin is getting wrinkly! commission covered plus small profit, good enough, tp's will get hit, just wasn't sure when and its bedtime! i hope that helps anybody wondering how i handle tough trends, let me know if you have any questions, i have plenty of examples like this, i will dig one up when i first started where i was almost margin called a bit later tough trends can be VERY rewarding as this one may have turned out if i wasn't paying so much attention to it, the more you look at...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi niks, may I ask you, how would you have managed your trade if it had gone further down in this case, without large retracements, and have you ever had this situation that the price does not retrace. ThanksIgnored
DislikedHow about to compound positions that are in positive? No one here? Keep in background every succed compounding will buy you more space if things going against you in future trades.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi MichaelSch! What do you mean by compounding positive positions? Adding to winners (scaling in)? In my experience that doesn't work very well. New positions have reduced profit potential and higher risk unless it's a huge trending market. Niks is showing us the high potential of M1 countertrend scalping using aggressive entries, cost averaging and simple exits. However, we still have to see how a strong long-term trend is managed, what would happen if the vast majority of the entries are left behind? {quote} Oh noIgnored
Disliked{quote} At some point you have profit, you can think about risking that with a higher lot and cut out if it is break even and in this case we are about to make new trades in direction we want to be.{image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} KOF recommends at least a $1000 account to get started and definitely nothing less than $500 as you need to have room for the DD for this to work.Ignored
DislikedI have been working this strategy for a solid 2+ weeks (6 hour days) trying to stick to the strategy as closely as possible except for a couple of hedging trades when DD felt super deep (60%) and I am up 72%! I started with $10K in the the Demo account at 500:1 leverage and have been using 1 lot sizing. I also had to wait overnight for a few bad positions to work their way out. Probably too risky using 1 lot sizing and maybe this is just luck but as soon as I flip this Demo account I will be using the same methodology with real money. As far as...Ignored
