this is EU chart on the daily,,I don't know about how you view this but according to my limited knowledge we don't have a confirmed top yet and so price can possibly move higher in the coming week,,GL

Hey Tekkies, let's go on a little fictional journey back in time ...

BigE: Hmmmm. It looks like folks are getting confused, mixing up rules and ideas from the systems that I have been posting about in this thread. I think that I will open a new thread that is dedicated ONLY to discussing my 5-method.

BigE: Oh, some strange things going on about the thread location and name. OK, no matter. This can be the Trading Made Simple thread. I have worked on developing this 5-method for two years and now I will provide the simple indicators and simple strategy that took me two years of dedicated checking and tweaking to develop. I did all of that hard work in development, so now folks can have a simple, profitable system that they don't need to alter. They just need to know BASIC Forex stuff like support/resistance, trend determination, etc. I won't allow any discussions of other systems nor allow adding anything to my 5-method--I already did all of the hard work for two years investigating indicators and tweaking their settings. I'm handing folks a money-making system on a silver platter!! They only need to have that basic Forex knowledge and apply it to the few filtering rules that I provide.

BigE: There were many things that I mentioned about the 5-method in my earlier thread, and it would behoove folks to go there and read about the 5-method development. However, there were many things that I tried and abandoned, and things that are not relevant now with the final 5-method presented in the TMS thread. I hope that people will engage their brain cells and understand that if I have not discussed in this TMS thread some of the material presented in the older thread, then I have found that the material in the older thread is not needed and so is not a part of the 5-method. Only the material that I present in the TMS thread is relevant to my 5-method.

BigE: All of the information that I have presented about the 5-method in this TMS thread is relevant and valid. However, for me PERSONALLY, I decided that using as a filter the EMA(5) shift +2 and requiring an HA bar to close across it as part of the entry criteria gets me into the trade a bit later than I would like, so I have stopped using it. The fact that I stopped using it does not invalidate it's use in the 5-method. It simply provides a more conservative entry than if it is not used. This is NOT a blanket statement from me for everybody to now make whatever changes they want to my 5-method and then post about those changes. NO, NO, NO!! You can certainly omit some of the filters if you choose to, just as I have chosen to omit using the EMA(5) +2. If so, and it works for you, you may contribute your findings and mention that you do not use a specific filter--it might have some benefit for some people. But NEVER ADD ANYTHING to my method!! If you decide you want to add something, then don't post about it here, other than one single post that advises the members that you have opened a new thread to discuss YOUR system there. I already had to block some uncooperative folks that simply would not follow my requirement of discussing ONLY the 5-method in this thread.

BigE: I hope that everyone can show respect for my requests and keep the thread clean and free of irrelevant distractions. I won't be around forever to babysit and police you guys, so take on some mature responsibility and stick to what I have said and requested. After I'm gone, I don't want to be spinning in my grave when I take a look at how the thread has fared without me.

I'm sure you know by now that the criteria for a confirmed top vary from camp-to-camp.

I want to see a lower high followed by a lower low. Until that occurs, the uptrend is in effect, so a higher high in the uptrend can still occur.

Correct.
Lower time frames are showing that price is testing the S/R level. > Consolidation
Angle of TDI green is above 1. Due to low volatility price might have lost moment in the last 30 min before closing for the weekend. The week can start again with that consolidation.

LOL. He reads EVERY post that I make, devouring every word. Then his warped mind goes into overdrive into one of his many fantasy worlds to spin some absurd story to post about it. He TRIES to reverse-engineer IMT from what I post, but of course, no success with that--he can't even figure out how to successfully trade the 5-method that is laid out on a silver platter, so no chance of being able to reverse-engineer anything. And when he adds to that my success rate and account growing steadily with nearly 0 drawdown, he goes into one of his mental meltdowns and makes another of his hilarious posts for everyone to have another good laugh.
