EURUSD BACK TO PREV SCENARIO

ECB President Lagarde has said twice:

  1. Scenario UP TREND from downside line really dark scenario
  2. Back to the previous scenario

Why ???
because if now the movement of the EURUSD pair is in an UPTREND price movement, the inflation rate in EU countries will increase wildly ...........
For the FED, the EURUSD = UPTREND scenario will be welcomed when the USD inflation rate has shown a decline and the employment data has started to weaken ....

EURUSD market operation is in a bullish corrective mode. On the daily time frame, price action retested the 1.01980/1.00550 supply zone (purple) on Wednesday but met a bearish pushback. Presently, the price action is sideways. As the technical structure is bearish, any northward move would be corrective in nature. I am medium-term bearish EURUSD.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
