can't trade this pair if the price whips 100s of pips in a few minutes...

i will sell again with a stop above 150 and see if i can catch some of these dips

U/J is overdue for a large correction and the intervention might jumpstart it. Large institutions will begin taking profits and when they do, we could see 140 easily. Longterm trend is still up and fundamentals still point to more yen weakness and dollar strength BUT "retracement" is also in play and we haven't had a sizeable one during this whole up trend.

I guess no one looks at news...
I am just waiting on profit takers from this and, the big boys to digest. Initial moves are usually mostly retail..

147 as expected. I made so much money in less than two hours. I hope everyday is an intervention day but I'll take this once in a 10 years opportunity.

Yes, it was intervention by the BOJ. We saw about 550 points move today.

I believe our members would want make sure I'm alright, and yes, I am. I have closed all my 8 short positions on the USD/JPY pair, when price hit 146.90. All 7 out of 8 trades are in profit. The last trade incurred a very small loss of 3 pips.

I'm now out of this pair entirely. Thank you BOJ.
