USD will gain on CAD as oil drifts lower.

1. Watch the DXY it has legs to get to 120
2. Oil it is dropping on lowering demand
3. US Bonds 2 and 4 year are taking off

The USD/CAD could potentially top out at 1.39 for September. Some kind of retracement is due.

Last time it did that was in April 2017. We'll see. If price stagnates around 1.37 to 1.40 range, then I'll close my long trade.

Closed my long position at 1.373, entered at 1.303. Held for three weeks.

I'm now out of this pair. Taking a break. Will come back again if it dips to 1.32, and buy from there.

Yesterdays BoE action was a short term fix
Markets have setup another bull trap
The fundamentals have not changed
Russia will declare the sham voting in their new areas of Ukraine now part of Russia
US unemployment needs to pick up in US it is not
FED will keep foot on the gas
Winter coming for Europe
China more turmoil with lock downs
US Markets will drop again and the money will go to safe haven
BoE is poring gas on their Inflation with printing money to prop up the cable
so watch for FIREWORKS

So last week I get some profit on USDCAD on news by opening buy trading. Now I'd say USDCAD is a little bit falling. But at the same time it keeps around the level of 1.37410. A breakout and further upward movement is possible. But for now, I'm watching and waiting.

I should have put my buy limit order just at bit over 1.35 to catch the bounce

I revised my chart a bit and put in a new buy limit order. There could be another rally towards 1.40 soon.
