My simplified sweet spots for next week!

As long as candles stay inside the ellipse, bulls could have a chance to correct or reverse this... BUT IF any candle closes below the ellipse (i.e. below 0.9922)--> R.i.p. Euro!

My view for the monday:

EURUSD push down to take the last liquidity at the lows. After the liquidity grab price need to fix the imbalance @ 0.999/1.001.
Followed by a possible 600 pip rally, all the way to 1.054

DXY did take most of the liquidity today, but not all. So DXY up on monday and going down in monday's New York session/Late London session.

Monday "fakeday"..

I didnt think bulls were going to go too far. Value was found at lower prices so I traded in the direction of value which was down. That along with bearish sentiment indicated a bearish push down was coming

So 9940 close daily and h4 still remain as the centre of gravity, breaks and hold closewise be enough to fall smooth next.
checking usdx , ok one last leg up strong above 110+ or towards 111 before next correction below 108.91 to 107.51 possible to decide again , bull or more bear !!
for eu next nominal target goes to 9859 but not enough again to go 9605 as best next target after bear continue .

Hi guys this is my plan up/down for the next week. In the red shadows is the range without the any extreme moves and inside the rectangle and with blue shadows is the range with the extreme range waited. Price can move plus the ranges, so watch when you are making an entry always follow the trend rules and go against the trend only when you are sure that there is not a threat in the air. Monthly chart is the king and you can follow the weekly chart too especially this time around.

But the rates market already fully priced the 75 BP, why do you think that EURUSD has not priced it yet? I think there will be a spike of 1-1.5 cent at most, which will be sold quickly.

Just sharing a weekly review for EURUSD. What goes up, MUST come DOWN! There's good potential for some bearishness on the DXY [for the month], which means conversely, bullishness on the EURUSD. There were gaps on the DXY which had to be filled which caused what could be seen as unexpected price reversals on EURUSD. However, when you look at DXY, movement in price makes sense.

Nic, 50 is for sure. The members of ecb, on recent occasions clearly saying it should raise 75. So it is expected from them. But how ecb, seeing consequences of this 75bps rate hike given many blah blah blah blah. Now how market is going to take this. If market believes ecb could achieve success with it, then you would see market moving above 1.02. If it does not then sinkhole to 0.98 or more lower. And everything will evaporate when the FED comes.
75bps is way too much for ecb given post covid and UKRAINE. They would worry more about the economy than inflation. ECB does not want recession unlike US.
