Weekly Outlook

Since the excitement of this week and day is probably over, now I can share my levels for next week...

  1. The ellipse is the possible range that price will probably respect in upcoming weeks...
  2. 0.9919 is key support area!
  3. Based on daily wave count, any spikes without violating wave 4 would be limited with 1.0107 area...
  4. Overall, I still expect a final leg down to form a wave 5... but when the real drop would start is still a mystery!
  5. While candles are inside the lower half of this ellipse bears have the upper hand, but each time price nears the lower edge (0.9919 area when speaking for next week), there is always an opportunity to buy low.

Next week is NFP and USD traders will wait bearish price action to EURUSD, its going to be another surprise if, the numbers fail to keep it down. How it looks is that many traders wait to see this much lower, but we may end being up much higher... damn how I like that upside down price action! Just realized what a $@# I am sorry! Anyway the new week and price action will just show! Also its going to close above 0.9901 the low and 0.9953 - I hope

True, but with this statement and the fact that Euro fell down this much today after NY open, with a signal, I am looking to go long on Monday. If nothing else, retracement should come.

Quick H4 Outlook for Monday

This week closed right at channel support area: 0.9963... Monday will be interesting depending on where market opens.

The main question is: Can bears force price back into previous channel or will bulls keep it inside current channel?
As I always put it: Time will tell!

According to what I read EURUSD should go up next week from this range (see chart) but will the bounce be enough to turn the bearish trend the other way - bullish? It is very early yet to say that, maybe we get that bounce and the upside trend stabilizes somehow like, the ECB go out with more aggresive statements for 0.75% hikes, and with tightening more money but I find it very hard to do at least one of the two actions, because the war in Ukraine, so it will be only words without much action until something else happens. From the other FED is hawkish with more rate hikes for the rest of the year and more tightening on the cards from September.

CPI numbers from Europe is what I'll watch and US NFP at Friday.

Now EU has to break above 1.0089 to move at least 1.0100/50 where the two - 100 & 200 ma's might stop its advance. Below the channel and 0.9901 I think it can go down near 0.9800, but first it has to break out the Weekly S1 level.

For the last week of the month, there could be some choppiness. I cannot get clear analysis. I lean towards bullishness with a potential retracement to 1.01700 clearing a level of imbalance. However, being that it is a 200+ PIP range, unsure. Let's see... Good weekend all.
