EURUSD had some good fun to the upside, but failed to a wall of orders after a big piece of options expired and if, it keeps risng that way it will scare all the bears and finally volatility is going to dry and we are going to experience more sideways price action on Weekly and Daily chart.

Anyway I took only 50 pips from 100+ I could get and I can see it some pips at least lower. Its ok it was a good week...

1.0051 is resistance and can keep the downside intact until some news the next week decide to take that stop loss above 1.0089 and move higher at around 1.0135. A failure to rise will keep it depressed above 0.9901/0.9850 and maybe and lower.

...I had a great week trading EU, it looks like, a roller coaster now with many ups and downs that both bulls and bears enjoyed.

Powell is super hawk, but that can change depending the news outcomes. A rate cut, a failure to cut enough liquidity just to keep prices down can drop the Dollar really hard.

EUR VS DOLLAR Eur need to break 0980 to move down and 1.0090 to continue up!!

We're seeing and epic struggle of forces right now as Eur/Usd currency pair spend their 4th day ranging over parity at the 1.0000 price area. After reaching a 20 year low at 0.9890 Eur spiked back up over 2 days to reaching a high today of 1.0089 then another sudden drop down right now needs to break 0.9980 to move down lower. Buyers resistance at 1.0090 needs to break to continue up. It's attempted to break higher and dropped back down to test previous two days resistance at 1.0000 now looks like it's trying to find support at .0980.
Noticed yesterday, a triple bottom, a three drives pattern.
Still on support side...
Should jump to 1.0180 on next run.

Weekly Outlook

Since the excitement of this week and day is probably over, now I can share my levels for next week...

  1. The ellipse is the possible range that price will probably respect in upcoming weeks...
  2. 0.9919 is key support area!
  3. Based on daily wave count, any spikes without violating wave 4 would be limited with 1.0107 area...
  4. Overall, I still expect a final leg down to form a wave 5... but when the real drop would start is still a mystery!
  5. While candles are inside the lower half of this ellipse bears have the upper hand, but each time price nears the lower edge (0.9919 area when speaking for next week), there is always an opportunity to buy low.

Next week is NFP and USD traders will wait bearish price action to EURUSD, its going to be another surprise if, the numbers fail to keep it down. How it looks is that many traders wait to see this much lower, but we may end being up much higher... damn how I like that upside down price action! Just realized what a [email protected]# I am sorry! Anyway the new week and price action will just show! Also its going to close above 0.9901 the low and 0.9953 - I hope

It seems to me that the bulls should not give up until they see at least 1.0500.

True, but with this statement and the fact that Euro fell down this much today after NY open, with a signal, I am looking to go long on Monday. If nothing else, retracement should come.

Quick H4 Outlook for Monday

This week closed right at channel support area: 0.9963... Monday will be interesting depending on where market opens.

The main question is: Can bears force price back into previous channel or will bulls keep it inside current channel?
As I always put it: Time will tell!
