Nearly nailed it. Shorted some more at 1.0070 in the end, hope it holds and gaps down to 0.96 now. The day should close below 1.0040 in order to stay bearish for me.

Daily Wave Count

  1. So, when checking my daily wave count, I can see that wave 4 target has been reached. What's next?
  2. If EURUSD acts like a bitch: It will create new highs to make us think that wave count is wrong!
  3. If EURUSD acts normal: this should soon go lower to form a wave 5 as expected.
    (However, I rarely see EURUSD behaving always bitchy!)

Quick update before I sign off for the weekend dance party.

It was quite a speech from Powell, 8 minutes long, inflation talk. I would rate it as "neutral".
London is going home now. Price likely trade between 23.6% and 38.2% Fib, and along the upward ascending channel.
All my long positions below $1.00756 had been closed. No new trades until Monday. We'll see how market moves next week.

Close this at 1.0034. +36 pips. At the end of this hour we'll get a good bearish engulfing candle hopefully with long tails both ways. That's one of my best candles. Put a fib retradement to it and short the 61.8 - 78.6% retracement of it and sell it to Mariana trench!

I see a possibility that the EUR will be a little bitchy... because we just finished the prior slide. I feel she need a few days more... to touch the green line. Then the next slide will be on. We have still a few August days and I feel the trigger could be next week payroll data. maybe

Too crazy with all news effects but limit up 0123 untouched. And with breaks 0023 top failed before and now confirmed for next bear targets 9984 and 9945 . Just limiting tanking but not enough, open huge more smoothly. Projected good target 274 pips below 0089

We’ll today and the last days could compare very well to April 21st, 2022, after which a huge selloff followed. Looks very similar.

This is what I call respect... wow.. that effort to show only EURUSD... BUT hey... relax.. there was no need to hide those one by one since your main intention was to show your EURUSD trade results.. I get it.. but still, thanks for your concern brother

*The easier way: select the $ sign on top of your trade result list and from there you will see that "All symbols" is selected by default.. Just select "EURUSD" and take your screen shot afterwards..

You can observe, after every down wave in the past month it took 9 or more days before the next drop occurred. Today it is the 3rd day after the bottom of the last down wave. For my feeling it is too early. That would make it only to a tiny bear flag. That's the reason I was looking at next Friday.

EURUSD had some good fun to the upside, but failed to a wall of orders after a big piece of options expired and if, it keeps risng that way it will scare all the bears and finally volatility is going to dry and we are going to experience more sideways price action on Weekly and Daily chart.

Anyway I took only 50 pips from 100+ I could get and I can see it some pips at least lower. Its ok it was a good week...

1.0051 is resistance and can keep the downside intact until some news the next week decide to take that stop loss above 1.0089 and move higher at around 1.0135. A failure to rise will keep it depressed above 0.9901/0.9850 and maybe and lower.

...I had a great week trading EU, it looks like, a roller coaster now with many ups and downs that both bulls and bears enjoyed.

Powell is super hawk, but that can change depending the news outcomes. A rate cut, a failure to cut enough liquidity just to keep prices down can drop the Dollar really hard.

EUR VS DOLLAR Eur need to break 0980 to move down and 1.0090 to continue up!!

We're seeing and epic struggle of forces right now as Eur/Usd currency pair spend their 4th day ranging over parity at the 1.0000 price area. After reaching a 20 year low at 0.9890 Eur spiked back up over 2 days to reaching a high today of 1.0089 then another sudden drop down right now needs to break 0.9980 to move down lower. Buyers resistance at 1.0090 needs to break to continue up. It's attempted to break higher and dropped back down to test previous two days resistance at 1.0000 now looks like it's trying to find support at .0980.
Noticed yesterday, a triple bottom, a three drives pattern.
Still on support side...
Should jump to 1.0180 on next run.
Uneven price gap up, slow walk back down to test breakout at 1.1
