The big washout to .85 , man , is probable ONLY is the war escalates to outside Ukraine .

On the other hand the Russians may decide to end the war .....[anytime they wish] and this will bring a jerk on Euro of say...500 pips within hours.

Just think . . . we are sitting on a huge mine ...

I doubt that Russia will end the war if their demands are not met. EUR/USD can fall another 1000 pips easily before there is a bounce to trade.

0.985 is my next target.

Maybe Jackson Hole Symposium can lift this up, but i am going to stay as a bear

Yes, this might be the case....on the other Hand-eaven if this War ends one or the other Way, it will take 2-3 Years for Europe to recover
back....I thin we will see a decline of Europe for the next 10-15 Years

Maybe eaven the Euro will not exist in 15 Years anymore...how to handle all that broke countries like Italy, France etc.

The USA doesn't want peace.

They are looking for a massive world war to act as a catalyst to the Great Reset.
I am short since early last week. Closed pos. late Fri. and resorted early today. I am taking my prfts at the 2 blue squares , as shown , whichever is hit first .

Last year's Jackson Hole Symposium was pretty dovish and Dollar lost value that week. We can see that this year as well. Or may be the opposite can happen and the outcome may be hawkish. September's FOMC forecasts & pricing will be affected by this symposium's outcome after all. Four years of trading experience taught me to never underestimate anything.

From one trader to another; I see that your political stance affects your trading bias too much my friend. I am with Ukraine but that doesn't hold me back from shorting the Euro. I am not going to buy something because i like it, or sell something because i hate it. I can only buy or sell if i think that it is going to generate profits. You remember that i told you to sell EURUSD few weeks ago even if it's just 0.01 right?

I am getting out of my long , now at 43 with small prft . . . .>>> FLAT and leaving desk.

i would be very surprised if this thing didn't start to go up tomorrow. i Sold my short today at a TP, didn't even moved or messed with it. Made some more on the retracements by scalping. This pair has been good to me.

Couldn't trade today, tomorrow i'm back.
