In my system, this down is the correction of a confirmed uptrend in daily timeframe. I think the price will head to the 1.024x then return to the main direction.

Anyone realize EURUSD is back at the point it dropped 400 pips starting on Monday June 5 after the Friday NFP surprise...

When it dropped it left a ton of liquidity unfinished 1.031 -1.042 and that's what they're after. I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks through the 1.037 resistance soon.

BTW it is a good buy here, it bounced off the support trend on the 1 month time frame. It is incredibly over sold on that time frame as well. However it is downward support keep in mind.

It looks like it wants to test the upper trendline resistance on the 4H and bigger as well.

This was nice week. The euro was able to rise slightly and gain. But now I'm seeing a bearish trend again. Therefore, on Monday it will be clear where the market will move next.

This correct has been confirmed in my system on M15 timeframe at 1.0326 yesterday.
Next week, I will wait for a signal to open long position.

I think in daily timeframe there's a strong support area around 1.02xx that needs several days or a week to get though to return to the downtrend.

After being seen bull trap then it is the potential for the price movement back to the actual trend

Bollinger Bands were introduced by John Bollinger, CFA, CMT in the early 1980s. The concept of this indicator is based on the fact that price movements in the market are very dynamic with dynamic volatility, not static and not random.
Bollinger bands are an indicator that shows a relatively high price (when the price is around the upper bands) or a relatively low price (when the price is around the lower bands). The default setting of the Bollinger bands indicator is period 20, standard deviation 2.
The indicator base is the daily timeframe, but the Bollinger bands indicator can be used on all timeframes.


Bollinger bands rules:

1. The price is in the upper bands = the price is relatively high.
2. Prices are in the lower bands = relatively low prices.
3. Indicators cannot stand alone (the Bollinger bands indicator is only a tool or tool in technical analysis), so an Analysis methodology is needed to determine the direction of the trend, sentiment, momentum, entry, exit, take profit, and a trading methodology is also needed.
4. Important price patterns to watch include the M and W patterns.
5. In a strong price movement, the price may move from the upper band to the lower band or vice versa.
6. When the price goes out of the bands = signal continuation , not a signal reversal. Often encountered when the price exits the bands, there is a correction to the Bollinger bands period of 20 standard deviations of 1 or a correction to the middle band, and then a continuation of the previous price direction occurs.
7. Bollinger bands setting default period is 20 standard deviations 2. If the period is changed, the standard deviation needs adjustment.
8. Middle band = intermediate part of the trend, and do not do the principle of crossover (either with the MA or with the price).
9. The basis of the Bollinger bands indicator = moving averages (especially simple moving averages).
10. 90% of price movements are statistically in the lower and upper Bollinger bands for a period of 20 standard deviations 2.
11. When the price breaks out of the upper/lower bollinger bands period 20 standard deviation of 3, 98% will return to the bands.
12. Overbought Value ; %B > 1 – see resistance.
13. Oversold Value ; %B < 0 – see support.
14. Setting %B is adjusted to the period setting and standard deviation used by Bollinger bands.
15. %BB can be used to see patterns, divergences and varied with other indicators to build trading strategies.
16. When %B is oversold/overbought, watch for divergence, or there is a candle out of the + band then there is a revers candle (the candle is in the opposite direction, the close candle is inside the bollinger band) indicating an up or down movement weakening or losing momentum.
17. %B = price position in Bollinger bands:
    %B = 1 when the price is in the upper band.
    %B = 0 when the price is in the lower band.
    %B > 1 when the price is above the upper band.
    %B < 0 when the price is below the lower band.
    %B > 0.50 when the price is above the middle band (SMA 20).
    %B < 0.50 when the price is below the middle band (SMA 20).
    %B = (Price - Lower Band)/(Upper Band - Lower Band).

19. Bandwidth Bollinger bands = width / range (upper – lower bands), with the middle band as the middle line. Usually the Bollinger band bandwidth is divided into 4 parts (coefficient of variation, the application, for example using Bollinger bands with a period of 20 by varying the use of standard deviations of 1, 2 and 3).
20. Use bollinger band bandwidth = determine squeeze (bands narrow) and to determine trend (when bands expand).
21. As most indicators are made on a daily timeframe basis, so is the case with Bollinger bands. However, Bollinger bands are also good for use on the M5 timeframe and above and on all financial markets.
22. The use of analysis with Bollinger bands is adjusted to the timeframe used and is for the short term (short term) or medium term (medium term). Bollinger bands are not good for long term use. Do not use the Bollinger bands indicator as a basis for opening long or short positions.
