I think the breakout on the USDJPY is a good one. Besides the USDJPY, price has also broken out on all the other JPY pairs.

I am looking to take a short order on either of the 4 JPY pairs that I am watching currently.

The trade I would be taking would be a Day Trade. But I am not sure if there would be short term price weakness or not for me to capitalise on this opportunity.

What do you think?

I have decided to go with USDJPY instead but HKDJPY is a good pair too if you can trade it with low spread.

UPDATE!

Canceled USDJPY'S Pending Limit Order because price was moving away from the entry with no sign of retracement. Entered Market Order on HKDJPY instead.

Out of my shorts. Will wait at 134 for more joy. Scalping on lower time frames for now. If I get caught it will be in a sell and I can resume it later.

Why I got out of the car in the middle of the road.....

I put a fib on the first leg down. Hoping it would be a Wave 1 and 2 to the downside. When price hit the 23% and turned this bolstered my speculation. Price was also at a key Fib level from the move from the bottom, so Short. Went short until price hit the 423% level off of that first fib. Wave 3's enjoy 161, 261, and when things fly 423, but to my experience they have not gone past 423. So I got out of my shorts. I believe us to be long to 134 now. This is based on putting a fib on the 3rd wave. Wave 4 often ending at the beginning of wave 2, or between 50 - 61 percent of Wave 3. So if I am right... waiting at 134 for the next leg down is the safest, and only scalping to the downside at exhaustion levels keeps a trade from going bad and staying bad.

In case anyone else wants to Guerillapip this byatch. BTW. ALL Yen pairs appear to be experiencing this. When/if UJ makes it's turn at 134, look to sell or buy other Yen pairs as well.

We appear to be in a three leg up move for a wave 4 before continuing south and blowing past our current short term low. If this is in fact resistance here, and price retraces before finishing the third leg up this will support my 134 hypothesis. (134.2-`134.6)

Short from 133 to 121 (50% retracement). Taking a big short here to 121. I think the uptrend is over since most of the rate hikes for the USD has been priced in. This seems like an easy massive short for me.

A lil more room above. Asian market may start it. Watching 131 for support. I think we still have one leg up. Unless the small dip we had was enough. Let's see.

Starting to stack shorts. I still think there is one more tiny leg up, but if you wait for perfect conditions you will find yourself doing very little in life.

it is turning bullish again with a likely target of 135, unless there is some risk-off event
