on h4 and 1d timeframes eurusd shows bearish movement. even if the euro can rise for a short period of time it will still be bearish. I do not see any signs of the euro strengthening.

Try checking monthly views out to a 4-month or 8-month TF. Look at how many of those month-based TFs are on the same down swing without a retracement occurring.

So, because we are looking at these big TFs, when the retracements (rallies) DO engage, many people will see these up moves on the TFs below monthly as trend changes but have no idea that they are nothing more than RETRACEMENTS that if bought, are COUNTER-TREND buys.

For the masses that don't look at multiple TFs let alone try to understand their inter-relationships, it will look to them like the market is making crazy moves up and down with neither rhyme nor reason.

My view is that we have to see the price at the low level (marked with blue shade) first, before a bounce, or more drop from there. 79 pips is the daily target and price can travel more.

logically, very strong bias down trend tf monthly .... monthly candle will be close due to july 27,2022 ....

Investors certainly will not take a big risk if there is a shakeout on tf monthly, because they have risked a lot of money to build a down trend (if the money entered in the EU trade is 3 T/day then 80% is money from investors, investors' money is more bears entering the market in down trend conditions)

Bulls traped, at 0153 and this bounce now from the trendline is targeting stops above 0159.
