Nevertheless, it is third week into this session. Why don’t you just go ahead and get through challenge and evaluation and get an account? It is only $1100 entry fee refundable.

1. Highly likely that he fails to stay within the drawdown limits. If he keeps repeating after failing, EVENTUALLY, he will manage to pass just from sheer chance. But of course, he won't last long before again violating the rules.

2. And if he did manage to pass, you can be ASSURED that he would be letting everyone know it.

So, when checking 1. and 2., it is clear that he hasn't passed. It's even more likely that he did not even try, because he himself knows just how terrible he is at trading.

Very likely is him violating the Drawdown rules. Probably failed at the evaluation phase.

The rules for challenge and evaluation phases are very strict I must say. I would consider lucky to pass the challenge as it is very difficult and made possible with a very good down move of the 3 amigos in Apr-May period to boost profit.
A lower R:R is more conservative but safer to stay in green, My approach is risking a low %account on a very solid setup, and after winning, scale it further down. Only possible to trade this way when no profit or min. trading days rules are in place.

Anyway, trade well.

*Add: Haven said that, I don't see the reason of not trying when a trader has a solid trading strategy. Entry fee is not very high and refundable. With success to the first profit split, it is already a risk-free profit taking account.

Use simple price actions from #647. Previous highs and lows. Some traders in another thread approach this as "catching the right shoulder of H&S pattern". But I simply anticipating a rejection at previous highs and lows, and follow the TDI green cross red.

hi fellow traders i want to contirbute to the community by share the system im working with and maybe mathtrader or othe coders would be intresting in turning the system to an EA... this system is based on renko brick and works and tested on xauusd 100points renko brick size ... TP is 5 bricks Sl is 2.5 bricks visually (3.5 bricks in points calculation ) ... the system rules are simple and stright forward we have 2 histograms and a dss indicator and rsi candel color .. whenever the dss indicator breaks above the 80 level and than closes a dot below it (first dot that closes) while the 2 histograms and rsi candel color are agreeing than we open sell trade with the mentioned tp and sl .... vise versa for the buy trade whenever the dss breaks below 20 level and than closes a dot back above it (first dot that closes above<<< very important ) than we look at the 2 histograms and the rsi candel color if they agree on the first dot that closed back above the 20 level of dss than we open buy trade with mentioned sl and tp ..

There is no way that buy trade can run 150pips in that recent market condition. It against the H4 and the Daily, and GU is in depressed market condition.

Your safest trades will always be when green crosses red and you enter on candle 1 or 2... odds are in your favor. Why? Because I'm expecting 3-8 candles... which is average...

With bounce trades the odds are lower for your success... but it still works.

When wanting to enter a TDI trade... take a moment first to observe basic 4x things... like:

How close am I to the previous high or lo

Am I in an uptrend or downtrend.. short & long term...

Am I in or close to a consolidation area

Are the previous candles small...

Look at the candles on the last reversal... big, little, what

How does the momentum look right now (12-2, 4-6)

Does Stoch's confirm the TDI signal

Sounds like a lot of stuff but it's basic stuff and only takes a moment to observe it...

If you don't already know these things... don't trade live yet... www.babypips.com is a good place to learn about the basics of trading 4X.

Now that you have been exposed by me three times.

First, you posted many fake trades using photoshop edited charts to make losing trades look like winning trades.

Second, you post only winning trades to mislead people that you have high win rates.

Third, you trade FTMO Demo $200,000 account and failed to so far.

Your previous account in May could only make $10,453.33 with that Demo $200,000. That's pathetic but its okay since you are still a newbie trader.

Follow Big E' Posts #557 and #7555.
You don't need a $200,000 account to make $500 to $1000 per evening.
With Big E' USD10,000 and trade his aggressive style, you can make $500 to $1000 per evening.

Take your time and do more Demo trades in live market condition. Take another 10 years to catch up with Big E.
The market will teach how to use Risk Management. Study that Van Tharp report.

For the time being , I shall keep that piece of FTMO good news with me. That good news was I doubles my first $100,000 account in 10 trading days. It was simple, just trade the same way like Big E did with his USD10,000, with $1000,000 I simply use Risk:Reward strategy and Risk as R=Multiple and trade Position Sizing.

You should focus on your current $200,000 account for the 30 days and when you can double that account then you can share your good news with us here.

Now, I give you time to play catch-up.

Your logic is flawed with jealousy that of another long time losing trader.

1. In your head are many voices talking to yo. Yes, it highly likely but for me it is easy to keep within FTMO drawdown limits.

2. I did pass and I will keep that good news data with me until I see you pass the FTMO Challenge.

Right now until end Sep 2022, I want to complete the first 24 months of my 36-months trading cycle. I am on track and target to turn $10K to $200K.

FTMO has its stringent rules for one purpose to attract only the best experienced retail traders. With your very limited 2 years trading experience, you do not have all the skills yet to make it to the top. You need a lot of trading skills and you rely on luck when you do not have all the skills.

Those rules - are not impossible to achieved in a 30 trading days period.
I am sure if Big E is alive today, he would be able to show us and proved that what he wrote in his Post#557 and Post#7555 can be achieved.
Just follow his Post#2617 and take time and developed those skills to trade his 5-Method.

I'm not looking for 15 pips profit... more like 150 !

The money I put into my last trading account ($10,000) I don't even think about it. It's like the money you take to Las Vegas. You hope to win but don't often... Your taking money for entertainment and relaxation... So I don't give it a second thought... It's entertainment money as I said... Besides It always grows larger...

I REMEMBER THE DAYS WRINGING OUT MY HANDS FOR MY $500 ACCOUNT... THE SKIES FALLING ! Help, help, help.

If I enter a trade lets say and I'm monitoring the trade and its up 50 pips but suddenly it pulls back 10-15 pips I just exit. I'll keep the profit at $10 a pip... no big deal. If it turns and continues (bounce) I'll just jump back in... Don't get so rigid...

I started trading full lots last year... tiring of $1 a pip. Takes the same amount of work... why not get paid for it? Often shooting for $500-$1,000 PER EVENING.

iT'S NOT UNCOMMON TO FIND 3-6 TRADE SET UPS PER EVENING.

Sometimes I would set the TP to 20 pips. 3-6 pairs hitting 20 pips... a few losers maybe... made for a handsome profit.

If I put all of my eggs in one basket... it was hit or miss....

I trade both ways with success...

What Tommydog said is correct, when you are trading for FTMO and have passed the challenge and evaluation, as you should well know, after a profit split, you go back to the original account balance because you've been paid out 80% of that profit and they've taken the other 20%. Depending on how often Tommydog has a profit split and it looks like its 2 weekly to me, he will start at $200,000 every 2 weeks.
