Its about spoting the extra wave and then looking at bigger tf to see where it came from and going to. ie is the 1h tf showing 3 waves down prior to the extra wave? no, ok lets check 2h tf and so on. So i donīt rely on trends but after a signal(extra wave) check the big picture. Now, the most dificult part is working out true and fake waves.

I will show you an extreme wave proportion.

See, once i detected the extra wave (still in process) i could workout the bigger TF. It normally breaks the low or high, in this case will bethe low making a 4t wave on the 2h tf.

EU

The 86 MA is playing its part at this point. Looking back nothing special but as a turning point could be. It started off as a support and now a resistence. Lets see if it holds.

Thanks for the advise.
I have tested my formula many times for many years, it's keeping me safe till now and I will enter a trade whenever I feel confident. So far, I am good and happy with the formula I have. Frankly, I am not a news trader, I am more to candlestick analysis, where every candlestick has a good story to tell, I also use my own calculation to to go along with the candlesticks.

EURUSD is in an uptrend unless it breaks 0551/54. The blue shaded areas are lower timeframe pivots (a break, or a bounce inside the range again expected).
