Thanks for posting the template.

I think it makes it easier for everyone to learn if the colors stay consistent. At least, I know that it does for me.

1. You have the yellow and the magenta colors reversed.

2. The RoadMap should have the outer lines be solid and the inner line be dotted just as a real road is.

3. The thin dotted line on the RobinHood Oscillator should be removed (unless that's the 2nd stochastic??)

the worst thing is when you did everything right, you go back and double check and everything was right and the damn trades turn on you, i got 3 of those this week.
Ignored
1.Check monthly, weekly and daily time frame.Must all be in a strong trend.
2.Check the news.No news is a good news.
3.Check correlations.
4.Down to 4h chart to catch one retracement .
5.Go to 1h chart to see when this retacment ends and price start to turn in the same direction with the main trend.(monthly,weekly,daily).the right tool for this is a reversal indicator.
6.Down to 5M chart for best time entry.
7.Check volatility. If there is not voatility stay out of the market.
8.The MTF RSI is very important to watch for entry.Get in when it is over the 50 line and targets UP,for long and the opposite for shorts.
9. Dont forget that the money managment is always the KING.
Some loosing trades are not that important.Try to find a tool that it gets you out of the market before your SL get hited.Personally ,i use the 100 line brake of stochastic.
10.Backtesting is very, very, very, MUST.

For the stock traders here...

I am very worried about inflation (at least in the U.S. where I live) (and it's most likely happening where you live too) and the economies of the U.S. and other countries around the world. For example, back in May I paid almost $37/lb. for steak. Here's the proof by way of the receipt (because no one that I've told it to yet believed me):
Attached Image (click to enlarge)

With that being said, food costs are going up dramatically here, and fast. I fear that it's going to get far worse before it gets far better because of oil, gas and diesel prices surging to record highs. EVERYTHING product produced (that I can think of) is in some form or fashion is dependent on oil or gas or diesel either directly, or indirectly. Everything.

To grow food such as corn, wheat, oats, barley, etc. (that nearly every person on earth uses one or more of) the farmers must do all of these things to grow a successful crop:

1. Plow the field
2. Cultivate/Disc the field
3. Sow the seeds
4. Fertilize the field
5. Harvest the crop

So that's at least 5 times that the farmer has to drive fuel guzzling farming machines over the field.

Now with oil, gas and diesel prices at all-time highs (double or even triple the previous normal prices), that means that his costs to run those machines has doubled or tripled also.

On top of that, the fertilizer he uses is mostly made of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. There is currently a mostly world-wide shortage of these 3 ingredients, which in turn means that fertilizer is either really hard to get, or the cost of it has more than tripled.

So if fuel and fertilizer (if you can even get it) has doubled/tripled/or more in price, that means that the farmer is either not going to plant his fields at all OR he will have to charge us directly or indirectly 3 times (or more) as much as he did the previous season.

Here's some proof by way of a Agriculture Commodity Index ETF (stock) chart which is comprised of things like corn, wheat, oats, barley, etc.:

So what's the point that I am trying to make with this post?

You can trade ETF's (stocks) that are solely based on either corn, wheat, oats, etc. or a combination of them.

They are called Agriculture ETF's. Here they are:
Attached Image (click to enlarge)

So instead of just getting punished by these high prices, you can take advantage of them while the are going up, and also again when they start coming down.

Here's an interesting video that talks about the coming food shortages.

Thanks RH for the advice on the Agriculture ETF's. I will definitely have them on my watchlist now.

Since I have a cash account I only can buy stocks (which is fine to me) and the flagged ones will be my new positions when the market opens.

That's excellent!

I do something similar with the scanner, but I combined all my requirements into 2 indicators. I have one that only shows me Long trades and one that only shows me Short trades.

For those of you who may be interested in mimicking my most current trading template on TC2000 to view Forex pairs (and stocks) you can do so for as low as $9.99/mo. USD. They had 42 Forex pairs available to view/trade the last time I counted. {image} Here's what my current trading setup looks on like TC2000 with the Robinhood Oscillator on it (MACD 7 & 10 + MACD 11 & 13 (in the lower window), plus the RoadMap (34 ema last/close, 34 ema high, 34 ema low), and 2 other ema's (4 & 9). I have named this template: "Awesome" (because you have to name...

Hello Robin Hood! Hey everyone!

I just bought this silver plan in TC2000. I am learning how to use it.
I would like to ask you how do I set up the "Awesome" template in any TC2000 chart?

Lets have a great sunday to get ready for a great week ahead. I am preparing a barbecue with my 11 yo son. Hope you all doing great.

By the way, I watched that YT video about food production and it is more than true. I am braziian, my country has endless problems, and we are one great food exporters in the world. Food inflation is already the major subject. We were used to import great amounts of russian and belarussian fertilizers. SInce they are not enough and prices skyrocketed, our farmers are struggling so there is a lower production, worst quality, and higher prices. We have elections in the end of the year and we are between two horrible candidates to choose from. We can pick vomit or rotten egg. No matter which one win, things will get worst, and this affect food production in many ways, here for internal market, and to export. World can expect soy and meat prices from Brazil higher during all this crisis. These are my two cents.

1. Open a chart.
2. Place all of the indicators you want on the chart.
3. Right-click anywhere on the chart.
4. Go down to: Save > Chart As.
5. Name the Template.

When you want to add that template to a chart, click the folder icon (in the red box).

Then choose the template name you want to use and it will place the template on your chart.

I dont have TC2000 software so i tried to find something else i dont have to pay extra money.

I cant find any good free online stock screener.
I have IB account but their screener is worthless if you want to use own MA or MACD properties.

But i remind myself that i have old Metastock software. End of Day version so only for D1, W1, MN1 charts.
Changing MACD parameters from standard 12,26,9 to custom is not possible but i have coded new indicator which meets all criteria(6,10 and 11,13).

Criterias i use in stock explorer:
LONG
1. Close >EMA34
2. MACD(6,10) >MACD(11,13)
3. Today EMA34 > EMA34 1day ago, 2,3,and 20 days ago. I need only stocks with riseing EMA
4. Daily volume>1.000.000. If i get too many results i can always change it to 2mln or more.

Because i prefere to trade stock options not shares i put additional condition
5. Stock price <40USD to get my risk lower.

Hey Robin Hood!
Thanks for your patience.
I am trying to setup the Robin Hood Oscilator, but I believe I am doing something wrong (most probably). They need to overlay each other, right. There is this option overlay, or overlay and scale. I believe they should be smoother to look like yours, and the zero lines are at different places depending if I zoom in or out.
On the price chart above, you mentioned to add 2 EMA (4 and 9) but you didnt mention if they apply to last, close, high, low.... I think the only thing I did right was the road! Lol

Thank you!!

You need the 11-13 MACD to overlay and scale with the 7-10 MACD.
