ECB is talking down the euro. Hikes? Maybe at some point. Inflation up and Germany wants to raise the price of a BMW? Via rise in eu? In the process cause Eu business to lay off workers. I am in this forum for over a year and believe me a lot of people called me crazy but no one really proved me that i am wrong.

Ecb is not really hiking yet, they just said they will. But nothing is clear so far

ECB will discuss rates at its June meeting, but yet hasn't done nothing, or not planing to raise more than 0,50%.

I think that its going to raise rates at late July, but until then Fed will be far away on rates.

June also is a Month that Fed will start dumping out treasuries (QT), lets see how its going to play out for EU!

Another informative and helpful comment from you as always

Like you said ECB indicated a 50 bps hike this summer, and looks like markets are pricing that in, EU made a good pullback.

Until July-August, EU will touch the dip and make a double bottom in my opinion.

I look a more shorter period and the fact that we are almost in a summer period makes me think that the market will be slower that it was the first six Months of the Year, so we may see a bottom in September, or November!

I may be wrong, but I have to watch my back when it comes to volatility.

Now the lower I can see is around 1.0450.

USD is descending into the cloud; you can take short-term counter-trend moves (e.g. long EUR/USD) but I would not be surprised if USD found support and resumed its uptrend in the coming weeks or months.
