Maybe I should have said it this way: Those who want to teach others "how to trade" must first demonstrate that they know how to trade. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of members here on FF that think they know how to trade and many of them want to be recognized. The problem is that most of them either don't really know how to trade, can't demonstrate they know how to trade or they just want everyone to believe them without sufficient proof that they really know how to trade. It's really that simple. So I ask you the question here2there: Can you prove in some way that you really know how to trade?

IMHO these are the ways to prove one's ability to trade. One or more may be sufficient.
1. A TE with a significant history of profit. Live is best but even a demo is better than nothing.
2. Numerous posts of live trades at open and close showing profit. Not as good as a live TE but again it's better than nothing.

If you have one or both of the above then what ever you have to say about trading has a good chance of being respected.

I could be wrong but right now Nordling seems to be the only one showing a profitable TE on this thread. Sure the record is short and time will tell if he is able to continue. If he is able to do so then I would think other aspiring traders would want to know what he does. Nordling won't have to ask for respect, he'll just get it because of his track record and not just because he says he knows how to trade. He'll have something to back it up.

forex its about the cash nothing else not friends not foes just the CASH when you can tackle that you will understand what its about , i am not being mercenary either you lose the cash or you make the cash and you have no friends when you are a winner most will hang on to your shoulders for your CASH its the nature of leeches to suck your blood forex is full of leeches because its about the cash

Hi Winston: I just wanted to say here that, even if a trader is not profitable but still giving a good faith effort towards the craft, is still worth listening to and considering. You don't have to be a profitable trader to give valuable bits of advice to help improve others' returns.
Just because a battle-hardened teacher has more wounds (ie. losses) than a prospective student may optimally like, doesn't mean the teacher can bring nothing good to the table to consider and possibly learn from.

Just my two cents on it.

You listen to "the good faith efforts".

This is not trading advice or teaching. Just observation and commentary. Trade based on your own analysis.

On the daily chart there is zero evidence of price turning.
