Heya mtako! Thanks for sharing that information, i really appreciate it! I had shorts at around 1.0640, so I closed near 1.0510 to secure my profits. Then I opened another sell at 1.0510 thinking the rally would continue bearishly haha
My plan is to keep it open since I know price will eventually reach that level again. For my strategy, it was a mistake of mistiming my entry, so yes i think "reacting" is definitely something I should work on 
It's all good though! Going to focus on the positives and how much I'm learning this week

. When one convinces themselves of that, the long-term success is no longer possible. Even for 5 pips TP strategies, seriously. Earlier you stop that, the earlier you can get back into making enduring progress. The market always eventually finds a way to put any approach to the test, and we can't know when or how that will happen. I had to fight a long time and go through very long periods of losses before getting that carved in stone once and for all. 
. But you got me. Mentioning that mental trap.. .Yep, we're on the same page ! We can't tell the future. But that affirmation tells is all. Our conscious is systematically tested. We have to learn how to lose to win etc. Heck, our minds need some re-programming. When under stress, doubt, etc. the mind traps lurk and threaten to bring us to act like we can tell the future or like we are in denial, among other follies. Keeping all those internal nut jobs at bay, at all times, is more than crucial. But going further still, getting rid of all those stress, denial, "crystal ball", doubt emotions is more than more important than all the rest, in my opinion. And in my experience, possible. First step, lowering the risk, making all immediate potential loss completely irrelevant. Next step, having a plan that takes all possible immediate scenarios into account. Next step, practice practice practice, and becoming a robot. I hope you are well under way to becoming a robot mate! An emotional robot
