This is a bear trap. This is not going to come down that easily. This is a buy on dips pair for the next 1.5 weeks. This is NOT applicable if you are a scalper on a 5 min candle.

USDJPY market operation is bullish. Meanwhile, on the daily time frame, USDJPY price action is ranging as it tackles the 129.30 multi-year horizontal resistance area. Last week Friday, price action printed a doji-like candlestick, indicating a slowdown in bullish momentum. An increase in bearish pressure may see a southward correction to retest an area of value, such as the 125.750/125.060 area (blue).

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

USD/JPY is currently in a consolidation. Bull run if it breaks R1 and breaks R2. If it breaks support then expect a bearish run.

If all goes well, usdjpy can very well close this week around 125. We just need a daily close below 127.7 first.

I am short on USDJPY. Contractions shows a sign of strong bearish movement, these movement could last for two weeks or more.

Man that was some BS I was only able to get out at 128.40 bc that move was so fast... I'm re-entering long here at 128.20 for another 20 pips. If this closes above 128.38 on this 4hr at 9am est. This could try to revisit 129.00. I want to get short but waiting.

Usually, this pair should be dumped heavily with stocks and risk-off, but something is supporting it. I would expect it to struggle around current levels before finally being dumped. I'm out of my long positions as of now and will re-evaluate later.

Shorting AUD/JPY is much more fun.

USD/JPY just broke support at 127.881. I expect a small retracement, but evidence suggests we're going into a bearish run.

Went long at 127.55, SL at 127.34. I think that's the last area of support where if broken, could result in things getting messy.. although I'm still not comfortable being short at these levels. So if stopped out, than I'm out. Not shorting yet.

USD/JPY is now in a bear run. It has currently found some resistance before the support at 127.458. Once USD/JPY breaks support I expect strong bearish moves for the rest of the week.

Closed all trades between 127.90 and 128 for ~ 50 pips profit.
