US30 I keep my 2nd short position open. Obvious divergence with oscillators and recent H&S pattern on the daily. On the weekly price action is capped by Bollinger middle band and RSI below 50.

Alert on USDMXN at the edge of the precipice.
After lots of Fed rates hikes already priced in the pair may simply sink much lower.

Regarding trend lines there is also another school that doesn’t care much about the wicks and I guess it’s acceptable for long periods as shown below.
Interestingly one can also observe the confluence of indications of critical levels given by Bollinger bands and Ichimoku. On the charts below it materialises with the couples upper band / cloud and middle band / tenkan sen.

You take in a lot of information prior to placing an entry on the D1.

Here is a hypothetical: RSI has crossed the 50, MACD at 24,52,9 has crossed 0 and the dynamic trend line from the last swing has been crossed . . . will you still check the ICH situation (which will often agree with the above) and the BB?

You likely also take a look at the W1 chart for that pair looking for S or R.

I guess my question is do you reach some 'critical mass' of positive information prior to each and every one of these flashing a buy or sell signal? Is there some point when enough can be seen to justify an entry without additional waiting?

I naturally understand this is ultimately a personal decision of each trader, but given your experience I think your opinion and experience matter.

Hi everyone,

A beautiful day here in southern switzerland.

I was looking for a good daily tf strategy and found this one.

At first glance I dismissed it as it looked too simple to work.

But l can see that:
1. It has survived the test of time.
2. At least some people seem to make it work well for them.
3. The tone of the thread is positive and supportive.
So I decided to jump in.

I am now studying the thread and hopefully soon will post trades, questions etc.

OK, first try...

GBPCAD
It is according to the rules as I understand them..
..but it is quite near the BB which I think usually is not good.

Still, when I look left I see that it has worked well on this downtrend.
What do you think? Would you take such a setup?
