That is no matter how he dislike it or want to defence himself from fake traders’ insults, he acknowledges his loss. A real trader takes a wrong call and lose a trade, he has no way to ignore the fact of the loss. Only fake ones can simply say “let’s see what happen next”.

anyway, I think some newcomers are contributing much more and sharing actual trading knowledge here.

I have my own profession and good, but it could be better.

and i don't like to be seen as stupid.
how much capital is needed for a powerful DD-requiring strategy + the black swan can come at any time. and how long it can last.

I am surprised that you made such a sweeping statement! What about the buyers that made significant gains and then closed with profit before the price drop? No suffering involved.
What about the buyers that made gains and then saw the gains diminish as price dropped and closed with profit? No or minor suffering involved.

Of course, if you want to delve into the timeframe dependent issue again, then of course folks that bought around March 23 based on, say, TFs between H4 and D1 and decided that this was the longer-term direction and looking to profit from price moving up hundreds of pips so will just ride out the drawdown of any downswings still do not have a confirmation as to whether the current downswing is a just a retracement to ride out or if it is a trend reversal. (At this point, I treat it as a retracement with an up continuation to follow.) But moving to a bit higher TF, this larger upswing is only a rally in the downtrend of an even higher TF. And the larger the TF you are looking at, the easier it becomes to make profitable trades in BOTH directions when you step down a few TFs.

Exactly. That wrong call was on a daily chart and higher TF. Your analysis was correct and that guy was wrong
