Here are views of both EURUSD and GBPUSD with 23 March marked.
As I have said many times, direction bias is TF dependent.

If you go to a high enough TF, you can conclude bearish bias. If you check smaller TFs, you can find bullish bias (rallies to the larger bullish bias).

If you go to small enough TF, you can conclude that there is just a bunch of "noise", because the bias keeps cycling from one direction to the other.

As can be seen on GBPUSD, there is bullish bias on both the lower and lowest TFs before 23 March; no hindsight needed to see it on 22 March.
