How do large institutions trade Forex? They hedge. They are not trading in only one direction, but in both directions. Why do they do this? Because they deal in millions of dollars, and can't fill all of their orders in one shot. Some call it manipulation. But to them, it's just filling orders. The difference between them and retail is they have the money to handle the DD for hundreds of pips.

So if they are hedging, then it would probably be a smart thing to come up with a strategy that involves doing the same, using supply and demand zones as targets to take profit.
