Yeah, as a pro you recognize that. I see that, too. I saw that phenomena in last 4 weeks also on eur/aud and in a weaker form on eur/cad. What I want to say is that it is not only the JPY but here it is extreme.

I always wonder who has so much power to drive the market like that - except the central banks. To hit the market 5 pips or drive it in a certain spot for 5 minutes up or down, ok, but on such a long run without consolidation? You need 20-40 Million Dollars every 2 Seconds to move a market like that or at least to calm down the consolidations.

And yes, the weird thing is that the markets drop like a stone after such rallies. Again, so much power, that people get ripped off.

its sometimes happen for UJ to drop/hike for 1000 or 1200 pips in one month like in february 2016 or november 2016

this month currently its running around 750pips

i dont know when all commodity will be drop after all soared, let's see next week is it still going up or makin correction

USDJPY price action on the H4 time is in consolidation. This is a corrective price action as the technical structure favours bulls more than bears.

The BOJ has once again offered to buy an unlimited amount of JGB bonds, similar to the way they did last month when Japanese yields rose to near the current levels.

All trading carries risk, but it will be interesting to see if this helps USD/JPY sustain its rally up towards the June 2015 highs, or if we see profit-taking hit this pair now that the news is out.

Yeah, JPY currency is really tough to trade except eur/jpy. I'm down now 200 pips on usd/jpy, which is ok, but I hardly earn money on JPY over the year.

Got some good short, but I missed the big enty on usd/jpy. Sad. I think BOJ jumped in now. Let's see how far they go now.

Target is 130+ medium term. I will buy all dips on the daily chart and put a stop loss under 118.3.

Caught some buyers in the upswing 2 hours before so more air downwards. Thought about a straddle today. Stupid, I didn't used that strategy.
No support to see until 122.20 Area, than 119.10 Area first real support. Top capped now at 123.90 but nothing big. Good chance for BOJ now to crush the market a bit.

Looks like there are no buyers left for the big guys who bought the market up today. They try to keep the market up with fast spikes, else they have to flush their positions down the river soon. From 122 to 119 it can go very fast - if it comes to that point. They are heavily oveloaded and crushed hell of private people (this morning before the 200 pip move up there were over 90% short of retail traders). BOJ should jump in earlier in general. I don't like there strategy of keeping the market going, very scary for long-term investors.
