Disliked{quote} Good Job!! I doubt most traders here know this so I will share it. When Swingman initially created smTMMS Oscillator, he simply combined the indicators in the lower window together from Page 1, Post #1 into one indicator which made seeing when all 3 indicators had crossed the 50 Purple Line easier and it was more visually pleasing to many of us. Now, many of us use both the way I presented as well as also using his indicator both at the same time (I do). THEN, at some point later, I asked Swingman to update the Oscillator by adding the yellow...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello RobinHood. Your trading system is very good, I like it a lot. I've it expanded a bit. I think the most important thing is, to think about how many pips you want to get before making a trade. I have found out, that when an indicator shows oversold or overbought, there is usually a resistance or support nearby. That's why I have this S-R indicator on the chart. For example, when everything on the H4 chart indicates to make a trade, I first look at all other time frames to see if the price is currently arrived at a resistance or support....Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you for your post, I really appreciate you taking the time to contribute to this thread. I think you've presented some very valid ideas. ...... I do it because it's a rare thing to see both of those things from someone who presents his ideas on a trading forum AND proves that they are profitable by way of showing their trading account results. I know that it gives other traders faith and encouragement when they see that.Ignored
Disliked100% agree with you Robinhood, there are so many ways to trade successfully. I always tell people trade the the way that make you most comfortable.. For instance I can't trade like you, I simply lack the patience to use longer tf's. If I do I lose. Extreme patience for me is staying in a trade longer than 1 hr. I change my "trading system" or tinker with it, but the fundamentals remain the same. Money management is a priority, Indicators provide hints and PA provides confirmation. I don't look at the longer term trends, I care about the previous...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hello RobinHood. Thank you for your valuable opinion. I like your thread very much. I just wanted to write some of my thoughts. I can't make my own thread, I don't have enough experience in Forex trading, I'm still a beginner. I really like the trading ideas you presented, I like adapting them to my needs so I can trade exactly as you describe. A quick look at the chart should be enough to quickly identify a good trading opportunity. Best regards ___________________ Michael.MSAIgnored
Disliked{quote} The best advice that I can give a beginner is: "Keep Your Losses Small" and you'll be okay if you'll just ALWAYS do that one thing. VERY, VERY, few beginners adhere to that advice (I know that I didn't), but TRUST ME on this, it's a very, very important key ingredient to becoming a successful trader. So many new traders start trading because they have been really successful at something else, like in business or in their profession, and the mistake that almost every new trader makes is that he wrongly assumes that just because he has so...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Funny enough some of the questions I had got answered on the posts you made after. Still, I remember you saying a while back that day trading is like playing a slot machine, but since you are doing it I'm curious: 1) How do you decide the direction when you're trading the 2 min. compared to the daily or weekly? 2) Also, would you say that trading stocks with the method you are currently using is giving you more success that the one you use to trade the forex? Really admire your work and I feel like every time you post I learn something new....Ignored
