Closed that one out for now. U/J too bullish still. It seems to have it's sights set on the moon. I do think that there is a substantial retracement that will likely take place. Just doesn't appear to be ready quite yet. Will watch and wait on the sidelines for now.

What a bloodbath for USDJPY bears. YEN dropped 1600+ pips against the USD with pretty much zero corrections!

And look at the average open positions. A drop will happen eventually, whatever triggers it is yet to known. Hopefully not a WW3.

The daily chart shows that the price has been heading towards the North with extreme bullish momentum. It produced a bearish corrective candle followed by a bullish Marubozu candle. Thus, the buyers may look to go long in the pair next week. I assume that the pair may start its next week with a bullish gap as well.

USDJPY price action on the daily time frame is bullish and operating at the lower boundary of the 118.61/131.61 weekly supply zone. There was a basing price action between Wednesday and Friday last week, but with a bullish orientation. This may lead to further northward move in the early part of this week.
Price action on the H4 time frame is making bullish technical stairways – breaking supply areas and forming new demand areas. Should bulls maintain their influence in the market, we may see further northward move in the early part of this week.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Fed in in doubt to hike every meeting due to Ukraine war. Another personnel of Fed is in renovation with the nominee appointed by the President who has not been approved yet.
So UY will be back to 116.80

For USDJPY its time for correction

Sell at Current Level 119.270

Target 118.600

After which there would be one more hard push up that should break or take 120.000

I'm still waiting for it to clear 120. After that, I think it will go to 123 easily.

118 looks like it will be solid support for any pullbacks.

Divergence is very obvious on H4, but price is still controlled by market makers.

Makes perfect sense to me. Yen is a risk currency. The world is about to get risky as hell. If I were a market maker I would be driving the price down so I could get in low and watch it soar. The same thing happens to the market right before big news. The market will suddenly shoot up to a point of resistance only to then turn around on the news. (or down). Same appears to be happening here just on a grander scale. I am just waiting on the signal that shit is fucked up. Til then stacking crypto and watching the yen win.
