According to this page, Seventh Wave Principle was co-authored by a woman named Renee Hoadley. If the bookstore website did not fill in this information, then Suthmo specifically added it to the item description/listing. Renee Hoadley is connected to two websites :

From here you can see that she's a spiritualist who practices yoga and meditation. If you lurk around the website, you will see that she's a believer in sacred geometry/mathematics. In this type of new age spiritualism, numerology is also a large proponent.

Simply going to Suthmo's Seventh Wave Principle thread, one can easily see that his trading system is actually a mish-mash of pseudo-scientific concepts and illogical mathematical principles. There are even posts that suggest Suthmo is into numerology, and given the evidence of his association with this Renee Hoadly, it may very well be true. All the evidence above points to Suthmo being ya know...not so sane.

Losing for 12 years and still struggling.

These people ignore others and are trapped in their own world. Who on earth would proudly show whom he ignores like waving his own **** in public.

Trading is a profession and it is not like a loser can turn into winner because of some fantasies.

A doctor won’t suddenly become great after mis-diagnosis and killing patients for 12 years.
A car racer does not suddenly start winning tournaments because he has been crashing cars for 12 years.

Successful people start strong and become more and more successful and rarely fail.

If a trader is interested in numbers and mathematics, better just focus on the price movements and probability. Much more down to earth and practical.

Actually, from what I have observed, successful people fail often. What they do with failure is what sets them apart from the herd. Rather than quit, they learn from their mistakes, and thus failure makes them stronger, and more successful.

Not only is this something to watch out for, but this is supply and demand trading. Can you see why supply and demand is superior to trading typical support and resistance zones? When you know how to find supply and demand, it sets you apart from the herd. The key to success here is using higher time frames to avoid falling into the traps of weak zones.

Not when pursuing a profession and a skill.

What people see “success people failed” are usually a turning point for their paths in life. Successful startup company CEO “Failed” at college.

The other type of “failure” I see people referring is “failing” to achieve the end goal, but it is actually a success.

Thomas Edison “failed” 300 times (maybe wrong number but not important) to finally invent the light bulb. He actually succeeded 300 times in lighting up a material but “failed” to achieve the end goal of “long lifetime”.
Doctors “fail” to get in the specialty they wish. Car racers “fail” to beat his own personal best.

But it is not the same as “failure” as of blowing his lab and kill himself, make a clinical mistake and get his doctor license stripped for life, or crash cars and unable to finish the race, kicked out of the league. Ask these people how many chances they can actually “fail” before losing their chance to achieve their current “success”

Blowing an account is a complete failure. If one is losing for years and cannot even avoid it and get to at least break even, then he has to admit himself a loser in trading.

I think many here don’t believe overnight success. “Profession” starts building upon skill and experience when one stop failing/losing and gaining traction of what he is doing.

We won’t consider a trader is “successful” or “professional” of his losing track record but at least some positive achievements like “in profit for the last x years”. The losing years don’t really count.

So for a loser with 12 years losing money in trading, I have no confidence he would suddenly become profitable in the 13th year.

I’ll grant you this as a fair point, because it happens to a lot of people. We’ve all been there. There’s a certain hubris that comes with trading, and one has to keep an eye on themselves once gaining some success. It’s just the nature of this business.

At the same time it doesn’t justify throwing salt in a person’s wounds. That’s just callous.

That's true i have blowed up an account, fortunately i can still trade on my other account. I learned from my mistake, and it wasn't the trendlines. It was the correlation between oil, gold, aud and nzd.

I will focus on the fundamentals behind oil, and until then i will trade EU, GU and EG.

I currently have EU shorts, GU longs and EG shorts. Both going good and will post charts when i have the time.

I have lost the battle, but i haven't lost the war yet.

So i won't beat myself for this. I did lost but learned a valuable lesson which will benefit me more than i have lost in the future.

Currently on the 1HR charts, I feel that DXY may have bullish energy soon after this corrective downward move and EU may respond accordingly. EU chart looks to have bearish pressure building up.

P.S. ignore the horizontal bars I drew, those are just some possible supply/demand levels that I'm looking at.
