What I observed along on my "trading journey"

1) Always wait for the best aka highest/lowest entry point as possible to bang the best possible risk 2 reward out of that trade thats possible for your idea to play out, thats what trading is all about, get the best deal as possible or walk away without losing anything/only gaining more experience!! Why settle with 1:1 RR when price can offer You 1:5s? And be OK with price taking off before reaching to Your actual highest risk reward entry point - builds up so much patience & discipline - how? Well .. theres always new day and new opportunities waiting, everyday, so much opportunites, pick the best ones!
2) Still wanna get in at first entry point cause price might turnaround without You? - Go with atleast 50% lower position size as You would usually to save up some risk on the table for scaling in later on if/when price retraces even more (gets to main/highest RR position entry). With this approach You have already either low drawdown if price retraces & taking the "FOMO" emotion out as well "if price takes off without coming to main entry/second QM level in this case".
Worst case scenario? - even if price runs off without "Your main position in" You can still bang some $$. Price runs into SL? - You saved up some capital with going into first position with atleast 50% lower position size/risk as You would usually.
Vice versa with TPs .. even leaving as small as 10-20% of position into "longer term target/runner" can make huge difference and cover multiple trades.

Keep the posting game on mate, always good to read and actually SEE Your charts and Your ideas behind it, its just ridiculious (in a good way) that how much valuable quality information You got there in Your charts and comments aslong as people really put their mind into it.

Weekly, Daily, and 4h charts indicate downtrend based on moving averages.
Currently climbing to retest Feb 10 swing high.
Since August this pair averages about 3 weekly up candles and then drops for multiple weeks.

On this pair, I'm going to keep my one long term scalping position until 1.373xx zone.

It's not guarantee it will happen, but breaking up from the ranging formation may see this pair shoot (up or down).

In the chart, briefly describe to set up. As day progress today/Friday, we may re-evaluate/revise on open position on the LTF to minimise drawdown and risk.

Few medium Impact News , for today and Friday may effect this set up and price movement.

Meanwhile, we may from time to time go thru this set up again as, you never know when Algo is making sudden moves to invalidate all this set up.

Trade Safe & Stay focus.

YES, you're correct.

Still have room to go up, but, its getting late , and better to let price the settle down towards end of the session.

Normally, price will pullback a bit during Tokyo giving some opportunity to enter at better price.

Those trade you saw are short term trading account, which I try to clear all trades within the same day.

Seldom keeping it over night, not knowing what risk and news may trigger the reversal.
