COT report = Out of date selected information about last weeks open positions.
NFP never moved the market off projection more than 30 pips.
NFP never moved a wave beyond it's outer containing waves.
Non Farm Employment is based on new claims and doesn't reflect the true numbers.

It's a puppet show circus. And they're out of control printing money. The economy is spinning out of control wildly and people are convincing their selves that the economist are controlling things by vibrating air over their lips.

Tired of the psychological war going on between Ukraine and Russia (actually US-Russia) they are only manipulating the market and holding the market back from where it needs to go. This morning Russian troops were retreating, now they say they are not leaving:

One thing is clear though, there will be no war. If Russia decides to invade Ukraine:

1) Russia will get a SWIFT ban.
2) Nord Stream 2 will be cancelled
3) Russia can't invade all of Ukraine, the smaller Ukraine will guarantee joining the NATO
4) Russia will lose 50% of it's gas and grain importers (EU)
5) US built a gas station in Greece, Dedeağaç. Even though it will be more costly, US will supply gas to EU instead of Russia. US will gain a significant marketplace and a significant share in the world gas market.
6) With all of these embargoes and economic losses, Putin's already decreasing popularity in Russia will decrease even faster.

Russia has a lot to lose and so little to gain if a war breaks out. Putin may be a cruel dictator, but he is a smart guy. He knows what will be the consequences better than everyone. Which is why he doesn't want war, he only wants to scare the West and get the deal he wants through diplomacy.

So i would say keep your EU longs open, but also hedge the risk with EURGBP shorts and EURAUD longs

But instead of doing all this proper work; watching news, studying foreign affairs, studying diplomacy, inflation, gdp, central banks etc. you can take the easy way out by only trading based on elliot waves and gann lines and guarantee losing money in the long run

On a bigger picture of EURUSD, MN8 is now due for beginning its down continuation swing.

I am interested in MN2: I have marked the current MN2 down swing as the beginning of the MN8 continuation.

With that said, there will of course, be some nice rallies on smaller TFs that can also be bought. But the rallies are just to take price higher to come down, not to continue a bigger up trend.

This must be robotic strategy system to distract from trading, can´t be human.

If some people are wondering why i post these stuff, because financial markets are a reflection of diplomacy, policy, economics, war, pandemic, lockdowns, risk. Financial markets are basically the life itself expressed in numbers and money.

Being a trader means processing all these data, creating a strategy and making a decision, it's like playing chess.

Which is why only a very small percentage of people can make it in this business.

That is your definition. Other traders do little or no processing at all of "all these data" and meet with financial success.

Which one's? If you are talking about trading specifically, there is no traders out there that are making it in this business without knowing and understanding financial markets that Nordling mentioned. So which trader is successful and making a living, paying mortgage/rent, having a car, and paying other bills on monthly basis, strictly trading, charts??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Don't feed the trolls. Don't react to them don't answer them don't argue with them. There's a lot of scammers here using multiple sock puppet accounts ^ They need to be ignored. Leave them alone. Block them don't encourage them with thread clogging replies learn who their sock puppets are and block them to or you'll just be watching a meat puppet talking to himself.

That's not possible. And that's not my definition. That's the definition of hedge fund managers, asset managers, institutions. JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs etc.
